I remember first discovering your channel in 2020. I began by watching your meditation videos, and then I later started watching your other videos about your book recommendations and your tips on how to live a minimalist lifestyle. I'm glad you've released an app now Sadia :)
Just starting to get into meditation, anxiety has been taking over my life recently and just wanna life a happy and peaceful life. If anyone is going through anxiety or depression or just anything that is bad going on in your life I pray for you and hope that you get through it 🙏🤙
I am really struggling with grades, and it’s been stressful with my strict parents. I am turning to meditation and spiritual awakening for closure thank you for sharing .
Sorry to hear about the struggles but love that you took on meditation! It is such a good tool! We recently discovered breath work meditation, have you ever heard of it? It's a really intense form of meditation that allows you to bring to surface suppressed emotions and memories! It's honestly been one of the most powerful experiences we've ever had! We actually made a video on our RU-vid channel where we got my skeptic dad to try it! Would love for you to check it out since you are also into meditation 💛😌
Hmmm. Maybe if you sleep a little more and less your study time with study blocks, you will get better grades. And meditation is awesome for consentration
Kudos for the video content! Sorry for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you thought about - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (do a google search)? It is a great exclusive guide for learning how to hack your flow state without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin after a lifetime of fighting got amazing success with it.
Cheers for the Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (search on google)? It is a great one of a kind guide for learning how to hack your flow state without the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy at very last got excellent success with it.
Sweet Sadia. You breathe love. You have touched me immensely over the course of this year and I am grateful, to you, for gently guiding us towards our truth, by sharing your own. It is not the first time I say this to you, but you are light. I see it. I feel it, even at such a great distance, and watching only small snippets of your soul. Ethereal. Thank you, Sadia. My love, to you, always, from the other side of the planet. Cris
I've been attending Zen meditation classes after I get off work and we were told not to close our eyes, just keep it half-open. Reason is to avoid sleepiness to creep in. But I guess it doesn't matter as long as you stay focused on your breathing and practice mindfulness all throughout. Thanks for this video, Sadia.
this quarantine is really driving all of the light and goodness out of my mind so i’ve decided to take up meditation in hopes of... i’m not sure yet, finding out is the goal! thank you for this video, it was super helpful ❤️
You are just a simple girl like me doing things that i do. But the way you appreciate life and yourself is unique and inspiring. You describe things so well that it inspires others also to do things that way. Really inspired.
First time meditation 🧘♀️, what I have learnt from it is to have your ( me time alone in a quiet place not thinking of anything but just concentrating on your self. We need to ❤ ourselves before we ❤anyone else. ❤
How sweet of you to cover such a beautiful topic on your channel. I'm sure it will help a lot of folks get intrigued on meditation. Thank you very much, Sadia. ♡
I feel like Ive been dissociating lately and thought Id give meditation a try. Did a short 20 minutes and it was an interesting experience. Like my body felt relaxed and not so tensed up, it was like I was tired but I wasnt falling asleep, sounds around me felt clearer, in a way I think I think I achieved something. I feel a little different now but I feel Ill need to do more of this to see how it helps me out.
Very inspiring video sadia. Why don't you make a sound file of your soothing voice for meditation?!? It will be very helpful for all of us- your admirers. Lots of love ☺️
I wanna have more control over my emotions and finally have a better life that I always dreamt of . I am 17 and wasn't able to find the internal peace within the other areas of my life. I wanna be emotionally stable and I will do it.
This meditation is amazing I do it every night before I drift off to bed. Love this meditation especially being in quarantine. You’ve inspired me to meditate more follow my progress and meditation videos...
I didn't even think that it worked until I actually tried it. To me it's all about inhaling and exhaling deeply. This allows my mind and body to be at ease. I've been noticing that the more I do it, the more I start to drift off into a dream like state, but not really sleep. When the time is up, I feel really feel a peace about myself and really energetic. You should checkout www.changed-me.com . They have a nice one as well.
Im doing this because a couple of years ago i was very sad i cried every single day im good now but im incredibly mad and i think i might have gotten anger issues and now i need to calm down and well fix myself so im starting to set goals for myself 1. Stop the constant anger 2. Get real with myself 3. Just become a better person in general
just wanna say thank you so much! the other day i had some pressure in my chest/emotional knot, was feeling happy otherwise, but this helped get rid of that pressure. i was never into meditation so this was mind-blowing for me. thank you again!
meditation isn't a way to make your mind quiet, it's a way of enetering into the quiet that's already there. sending you hugs from shanthi healing music
wow this was the best video I have ever watched. I am just learning and so I googled morning meditations for beginners and I have went through a few and this is the one that went straight into it and didn't take a lot of time talking....I loove this!! I will share this forever!! Thank you. Your view behind you is so beautiful!!
I wish to say thankyou for making me feel better and I will be watching more of your videos you are a real star I listened to your voice and it was so relaxing please keep up all the hard work I will be watching more of you I love the video KK
It is such a beautiful place where you were standing for the intro and the video was very helpful and very productive. Thank you for making this video. Keep making more.
I love this. Meditation is hard, my friend suggested to do yoga first and then meditate...when I was almost done with my 5 min meditation I started sobbing. No actual tears just the sensation. Is that normal? Namaste
That is very normal. Part of meditation is allowing emotions to be there no matter how uncomfortable. By doing this they are released. So if you need to cry, cry. I've only just learnt this this year and it's making such a difference in my life. Feeling emotions instead of suppressing them. It's not easy but it's worth it.
chocolatechick729 I agree, it's normal and it's definitely a good thing, to let your emotions be. Meditating is not about blocking emotions and thoughts, but about awareness. I hope you'll continue to meditate :-) Mindful greetings, Simple Happy Zen
I started meditation when I had a hard time, just like you, and it helped me a lot. I practiced with a Headspace app and learned so much from it about mindfullness. So glad meditation helped you too, Sadia, you seem to be in a very good place in your life now. P.S. What a beautiful scenery!
Nice one,i just started meiditating.but i cannot contrl my mind,i have zero knowledge about meditation. Your were saying we have to focus on breathing(inhale or exhale)...how air coming out and in...? And i sit in different posture like ✋ at knees while meditation... Is it ok mam?
@@schloomyschloms n how to do that??it keeps coming n if somehow i manage to do it then comes the repeated thought of "conc. on breathig"but it never goes to real conc.
Looking at your videos dear..smthg has pushed me on your bell botton to subscribe unaware cause i'm mentally captivated by your words then your beauty ..you're a magic to my heart
I really do like Your videos Sadia but please give us the whole stuff in the written form going on with Your video...it would be more likely for us to understand all of that which You are saying...and Thank U sooo much for Your such an amazing kind of videos ❤😍I really enjoy it a lot
How to not get distracted while meditating ? I start thinking about each and everything when I start meditating and it soon becomes boring and I get up . Please reply to this and guide me
All my Indian friends are always super calm and non confrontational, I believe this steams from the mediation practices that are in bedded into their culture.
Meditation is great. You may also read a book called" the Present" which is about the truth of this life and his knowledge will help you to meditate better. Its life changing.
Based on scientific literature, I see 2 types of meditation - 1. open monitoring (mindfulness) and 2. focused attention (concentration). And every single meditation falls in one of these categories or a mix of two. Do you see the same? Thank you!
