I'm a little late on the upload but with all the Lifeskilling Woes Pearl Abyss has been dishing out, Black Desert is a bit underwhelming BUT the show must go on! Another live edited to be easier digested and yes, I know there's things that I forgot to cover like with Bartering or Sea Monster Hunting but I tried! As always, if you liked this or just found it helpful to ya leave a like and share this around! There's one more class being edited but with all that out the way, keep gathering out there!

Some stuff to mention, they are making more changes to merge the stones used for ship gear. You forgot to mention crystals which you get from sea monsters or maretta Theres also the content you cant really show without having a carrack, such as the crocs which give access to the ocean treasure item, Ebenruth Nol, the ultimate crystal. Theres also the ocean bosses Hollow Maretta and Lekrashan. Maretta can be fought in a caravel/galleus but Lekrashan needs full blue carrack

Yeah I was gonna wait until I had a carrack to get into the crocs and all that since beginners can't exactly kill them until a blue grade +10 Cannan Galleass. I also sadly did this BEFORE the glab was announced which I hate since you can upload and almost instantly its outdated.. sorry!

@TeddyTwighlite I've not made the blue cannons for my galleys yet, but have a +7 CM blue and haven't tried Crocs yet. I've got an Advance Carrack with +10 green cannon and plating and +7 sail, waiting to get my last piece before u try crics though.

Man, where to start, You could do a whole ocean series. Bartering is amazing- I love bartering and the ocean sound turned up with pirate music playing. I like to do level 1-end bartering. I love monster hunting. A whole video can be done on upgrading from improved to carvel. As a fact the parts needed for the sails in the ship parts workshop is a grind in itself. But we need is an island with a rotation for the saps and lumber we need for upgrades. Elder sap is too spread out on main land. It breaks emersion to have to leave the ocean to gather on main land. Making the choice of which ship line is important on how you want to play and the pearl shop ship covers is limited to those choices. A great video can be done on the different islands and what is on them. Or even under them. I used to have a section called island life on my discord were I talked about forsaking the main land. I even found island to farm on before loml. Grinding, fishing, bartering, underwater coral gathering in places no one goes to because it’s in the ocean areas and you would need the shark suit. I recently found out there is shit videos about guild ships and no video on the improved guild ship. The guild ships can be better than the frigate line for killing sea monsters. I love underwater gathering good money in coral and pearls. I dread having to come back to the main land to farm or grind for the big money. Thanks for the video, I added it to my discord, and texted it to a couple people.

I've actually been sea monster hunting live for all the materials needed for my caraval upgrades. I'm now 2/4 done the parts and 1/4 parts done on my Galleass since I solo a lot I needed both. Yeah they dropped the ball hard with the ocean content and promised A LOT over the course of 4 years but that's black desert ya. As for the guild boats.. yeah they're better but most players won't be able to use one, build one, or even partake in one unless in a guild and a guild that does ocean content. Hell, even in a guild a lot of players will STILL not see one so most don't bother or care for em.

2:30 its not daily anymore since a few months ago way before the lifeskill unification, just have to exchange items to the npc to get blueprints 17:10 when getting hit

Oh just the calp ball in December, on the rock salt ingot tool tip, in the patchnotes, global labs, bdocodex, any other site that can look at the item database

Don't call it a complete guide when it isn't one. Better call it an introduction or something, since you don't seem to have a carrack yet.

I forgot you HAVE to have the carrack to show how to start getting one, you're right! Just wait till the Carrack is buyable on the Central Market and just mob grind for it :D
