@@finn3588 damn nice i just have a dvx100 and i bought a fisheye for it yesterday and the footage looks almost the same as on a dvx I suggest rendering on 1280x960

benskate only render like that when you want to upload to the web if you’re doing anything else: sending clips to sponsors etc it actually looks better at the native NTSC setting just make sure you de interlaced that footage 🍾🙌🏼

hey thanks so much love new subs! I checked out some of your videos and your every talented. I see youre using the black magic cam. buddy of mine uses it for skate filming. I go to use it last summer and it was great. I dont remember what lens it was but he had a fisheye for it and it was sick

honeslty no. plus if you end up geting a camera with a bad audio system then you will be able to hear it and you can make a decision if youd like to get a mic after that.

i think itd be smater to go with the t3i. just because it has a flip lcd. they both are 18 megapixel and in the same price range. so why not go with the flip lcd is my thought

t3i is a dslr camera so no it doesnt have powerzoom. you will need to purchase a lens to go with it. id recommend the sigma 17-50. very smooth and sharp

@@finn3588 thanks bro, informative. I already have a canon 100d, it's old as hell but still looks good, will I be able to get a lense with powerzoom for that camera u reckon?

@@joec7130 hmm not really sure what you mean by powerzoom. thats something for point and shoot cameras that have a non removable lens. the t3i doesnt have any zooming capabilities internally it just depends on the lens you buy. although most lenses only have a image stabilizer and an auto focus switch. nothing to do with powerzoom

@@finn3588 I've done a little more research, what do you think about a Canon 18-135mm USM lense with a powerzoom adaptor? I think shakiness from freehand can be edited afterwards, do you know anything about this lense or have any experience with it for skate footage?

@@joec7130 its a pretty standard kit lens. I've had the canon 18-55 and also the canon 55-250 and it was alright. not super sharp and it broke pretty fast cause it was plasticky. id still stick with the lens I recommended earlier: sigma 17-55. it covers a good focal range and is super sharp. also has a metal base which is a must have for me
