TIPS FOR BEGINNERS: -don't be scared to save, don't just sit right next to the hook, even if you get hit, there's still a high chance both survivors will escape -don't sit in lockers all game, the killer will find you eventually and everyone loses, including the killer -don't crouch around the side of the map, no progress is made and it makes the killer's job easier -don't struggle on hook unless you have no chance of escaping -don't be scared to heal or do gens in the open or while hearing the killer's heartbeat, chances are the killer is already chasing someone else and unless he's definitely going for you, don't immediately run away -if you're too scared to play, then don't. Sitting in lockers and hiding in a bush all game ruins the game for everyone and nothing but loss of points and rank comes out of it Avoiding to do all of these makes the game more enjoyable for everyone and you *WILL* get more escapes, more points, and you will have more fun in general. Remember that the goal isn't to escape, but to have fun and get points so don't be scared to get killed. Hope I helped some of you.

As a big Demo main, here are a few things that *might* be understandable against Demo. 1.) As the demogorgon can only shred within a straight line, that doesn't mean he can't still hold his shred/fake out with his abillity, to which if he commits to a shred, his wider hitbox can *still* nip your own, even going around corners, so be careful. 2.) Never, EVER give a Demogorgon player the advantage of a high ground situation nearby you. Perks like Balanced Landing that trigger on high falls etc, can be easily countered through the fact the Demogorgon can get INSANE distance between you and the high ground he was once standing on with his shred abillity. 3.) Portals, while they make a map-wide sound that can be heard, they *also* have a local sound to the individual portal he is teleporting towards. Its noticeable via the tearing-like sound of him entering into the realm through it, to which if you can hear this distinct sound, you need to move immediately to the opposite direction. (Keep note you may not always here this, because competant Demo's WILL place it within a certain distance to then use that 2 second no-terror radius time to close distance onto you once they know where you are.) 4.) If you understand what perks can do, for example, BBQ & Chilli (Leatherface) or Thrilling Tremors (Ghostface), these perks are aggressively used to catch onto the next survivor to get in-chase with immediately after unhooking another player, rather than the portal's aura-revealing "Killer instinct" (Which ONLY works on activated portals, AKA, the portals a survivor can see and can be interacted to be removed.) So once a Demogorgon has hooked its victim, depending on which perk is used, it is advised to close somewhat of a distance for a very short time to make sure Demo isn't going to teleport to your location if you know a portal may be lurking around you, since he WILL know you are in that area if he isn't on someone else already. 5.) Never, EVER run straight for a defence you may have in front of you. Demogorgon's shred can catch onto you insanely quick, being one of the fastest moving damaging powers that make the killer reach that position near instantly, to which moving in a straight line leads to it getting a early hit onto you, to which you could avoid with simply turning, although careful, as the Demogorgon *can* fluke, and instead fake it to get a M1 instead for other beneficial reasons. 6.) Removing Portals: ONLY Remove portals that are near generators that are NOT repaired. Generators that may already be repaired, but a portal is lingering, leave it. He cannot regain that portal back, nor can he use it effectively, thus, for the rest of that game, is left 1 portal-less to being used. 7.) When it comes to a Demogorgon's undetectable status, you *can* still hear it approaching, although ONLY if its in clear view, as being behind a wall will muffle its steps with sound occlusion etc. So once hearing a teleportation que, have an ear out for any heavy stomping or constant gurgling, then make your appropriate move to what you want to do next. Thought this might give a bit more insight to Demo's part, as the Demogorgon *is* a pretty rare killer to go against, and can be pretty hard to go against for the first few times.

Also keep an ear out for the sound of Ghost Face’s flapping cloak, and Myer’s footsteps/heavy breathing. The Pig also has the sound of a blade unsheathing when she’s about to charge you. And birds! Don’t forget to listen for birds, especially when going against a stealth killer. It won’t always be the killer disturbing the birds and making them caw and fly away, but if there’s no survivor near you that you’re aware of, it’s better safe than sorry!

Spirit's counterplay boils down to "hope she's deaf" and Phead's to "hope he's impatient" more or less from the look of it. Otherwise pretty nice video. I wasn't aware that Slinger has a sound for when he's aiming at you, most deathslingers will quickscope the shot so you never get to hear it, neat detail.

Theres a universal tip to counter every killer. Be careful with the"Self-Care" perk. Its the best killer perk there is

the trapper teaches you how to link loops and change position , hillbilly teaches how to avoid hits and use loops and pallets , the wraith teaches you how to stay alert and always looking over your shoulder , and the nurse teaches you how to break line of sight and lose the killer, to stay hidden , four valuable lesson when learning to play the game eficiently , other important lessons are : Time eficiency : don't lose time , be on your objectives for the most part of the match and Distance Management : always keep the maximum distance possible , when using loops and when getting hit by the killer

another tip against trapper: when a survivor is in the animation for disarming a trap, they have no collusion and other survivors can't step in the trap mid animation. great tip when facing basement trapper! another tip against huntress: NEVER pre drop pallets. you'll waste the pallet and almost always get hit through it so preserve it for when she's out of hatchets and has to reload or m1. another tip against mikey: he has no collusion when stalking, so you can run into him and force an m1 before he stalks you so you can gain distance to break LOS. against bubba: i would try to take windows over pallets in the early game when he chainsaws, to preserve resources for late game. he has a charge time and slower movement speed when revving his chainsaw. against freddy: keep an eye on your timer. your alarm clock to escape dream world will always appear opposite side (as far from you as possible) of the map from when you fall asleep, if you notice someone is getting hooked and you're about fall asleep, you can plan for an unhook and wake yourself up with your clock. against pig: yes its good to leave the loop when you see her crouch at it but be careful because combat piggys will run combat straps and bait you into leaving a loop. you will notice a difference when they run combat straps. against legion: i would refrain from using pallets to cancel their ability to preserve them. i also don't heal against legions very often because it can be reversed quickly. best to stay injured and make them be an m1 killer. against plague: you can choose to cleanse or not, it's mainly personal preference and depends on what your team does. you can really hurt a plague by not cleansing but you can avoid corrupt purge by breaking LOS and using objects to block it. just be smart about cleansing other than that, amazing knowledge!

about ghostface counter tactics. you forgot to say couple more things about him, that you can only reveal him when you see over 30% of his body and equip perks like spine chill to know he's coming right at your position, and like trapper or wraith he has no map control so expect perks like BBQ and chill, whispers, corrupted intervention etc.

damn, i didnt need this review because i know the game already. But you've put a lot of time and effort into this. For example: going in a private match, put on iridecent head on huntress, get downed once and then leave the game. And added up by all the other things you needed to do, this probably took a long time.

As a pyramid head main, here some tips for y'all: 1) NEVER run in a straight line, be unpredictable and do some side runs or zig-zag, executioner can easily hit you with his power if you run in a straight line. 2) NEVER do a 360, pyramid head leave his torments line even when he use his power (the judgment) (sorry if I speak bad but I'm not English im Italian :/) so you can easily step on his lines after that, and that mean you risk of getting killed by final judgment or get in his torment cages. 3) ALWAYS keep your eyes open when pyramid head break a generator he can use one of his perks to be undetectable and make you get took by surprise (but you can instantly repair the Gen so you will disactivate his perk trail of torment), always watch if he become undetatctable after running away (I mean hide and see if he have that perk). 4) PAY ATTENTION if you heal someone, if pyramid head use his perk,deathbound,He will make you scream when you heal someone out of his terror radius and you go away from that player, and you reveal your position. just make sure he don't have this perk on or you simply just choosed to die because you can't go away from the man/girl you healed (this thing isn't bad if you are with some friends). Hope these tips will help y'all :] (sorry if they aren't a lot but tips to beat executioner aren't a lot)

Small tipp for more experienced players that face hag: commit to chases The hags only strenght are her traps, and they are vital for her, and she only has 10 of them If you commit to chases, she looses most of her traps, and i you do it right (like in a swf group) you can even pressure her hard enough to be unable to recover from that Downsides of that are: you give her pressure by giving her downing potential, you effectively loose gained gen progress (because not all 4 cam commit to gens) and you loose pallets fast, so you better do it right in the beginning of the match (OoO?) and keep the trial as short as possible This can also backfire, if she's already completely set up, she can easily gain a down or two, and force the entire team to recover, baisically giving her the ability to end the match

It is wise staying separated and doing gens alone if against legion since if he has the perk of locating survivors while fixing gens which happens only when more than 1 are fixing gens which is why most of the time I just do solo gens and leave if someone joins in on gen repairs.

For the spirit, it’ll be a bit risky and some skins may not do it, but look at the glass shards in her skin. If she’s phasing, the shards will glow. Checking this during a dropped pallet can aid you in deciding to vault or just run off.

Trapper is one of my main killers and when I saw the last clip of Trapper I had to laugh. I always do that weird head nod thing when someone steps in my trap.

Some tips from an epic Twins main since they are not in the video: 1. Not many survivors realize that if Victor stands in one place, he reveals survivor with killer instinct from a decent distance and Charlotte has more than enough time to switch and pounce with Victor while survivor still do not understand why they can't crush him. 2. If Victor latching on you and you see Charlotte approaching, it's better to stop trying to remove him and just try run away/loop because the removal animation takes at least couple second and it quite often enough for Charlotte to catch up. 3. The best way to counter Victor pounces is to find a small obstacle that you can run around. You can see him charging pounce as his eyes start to glow red and he has a different VO. Just run around behind obstacles constantly and he will have to cancel pounce as charging pounce slows him down a lot. 4. Avoid hiding in the lockers while in the chase with Victor. He can search lockers and if a survivor is in there, he has an ability to hold them inside. You can break away in 10 seconds or so but usually it is enough time for Charlotte to come. 5. Charlotte can see Victor aura for couple seconds after he starts latching on the survivor. You can run in the opposite direction few seconds after being pounced to confuse her. 6. There is an ultra rare add-on that makes Charlotte undetectable after switching. Watch out for that.

As a Plague main, I love that people don't cleanse in an attempt to deny me Corrupt but let me tell you Black Incense is AMAZING for this strategy! As long as you don't cleanse, Plague will see you every single time you vomit.
