Dont be shy to your parents especially, it makes me really sad when people are not 100% comfortable around they]it own parents and families. if they say no what’s the worst that will happen? Saying No ? There not going to make fun of you or yell at you.
@@mckenziecreekmore6691 no! I never did gymnastics, but I can manage just about everything, that doesn't involve the splits! But I think whilst you practise trapeze, your gymnast skills get better, so you don't need to worry.
My circus teacher got us to do the trick at the start and my friend landed on her face and I just got stuck halfway through the spin and I did it so many times that I got a burn on my leg, i mean it's not hard but I see professionals doing that trick.
Bridget Girl ik XD also i dont think im the only one but this will prove it... Trapeze knees? Behind your needs i always red and your whole leg is always sore XD
As someone who trains in aerial (silks, lyra, and trapeze), I can tell you right now that it takes months of training and muscle building to get to this point. Yes, a relatively strong person might be able to get some of these things on the first try, but to do it with the correct form and grace, it takes so much practice!
