Beginners Ballet class
This is a Beginners Ballet class, a “how to” technique class. The idea that the content is an informative, quick explanation of ballet technique in each ballet exercise with essential tips to help your ballet technique progress.
The purpose of our content is to provide an at home ballet barre workout from beginner, basic, intermediate all the way to an advanced level ballet dancer.
This is the typical format of a barre that Mr. Solomon would teach during a master class at Italia Conti. All of the ballet combinations within the content are there to build your strength and technique.
Mr. Solomon is an ex English National Ballet dancer and Head of the Italia Conti Dance Course. Our goal is help every level of dancer learn, maintain or improve their ballet technique. Regardless of you dance ability, we aim to provide something for everyone. Have a good class!

As Principle of the Academy, Italia Conti insisted on high standards and training geared to create a triple threat musical theatre performer.
