In today's video, I walk you guys through all the fundamental movements with clubs in this beginner friendly clubs handling tutorial. We go all the basics, including rotations, mills, and flips to help you guys familiarize yourselves with the apparatus. I remember being so nervous to start clubs all those years ago, but it quickly became one of my fav apparatus, so I hope this can help you guys feel a little bit more comfortable using clubs :)
