Do a up to date one now of gloves and all the gear your will need for a beginner I got 180 pounds bag gloves for my first ones the phenom white and gold ones I got 70 pounds of as the hard a mark on them and I complained lol but now I’m looking at some boots maybe the Nike ones you showed in your video but what will I need next? Maybe gloves to spar in but only allowed 16oz what’s a good slim small gloves that’s 16oz ?
