I like these information but the problem is my starter island is not spawning bugs, i see a dragon fly but its in a area i cant reach yet

The time of year impacts what kinds of bugs will spawn. It sounds like you are playing in winter, which happens to be when less bugs spawn. It also sounds like you just started your island if you don't have access to all of the areas yet. My suggestion is to switch over to catching fish (if you need help with that: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-55rBnxMN7ik.html) so you get enough critters to donate to Tom Nook (you only need to give him 5) and then he will give you the museum tent. Place the tent and then on the next in game day, you want to talk to Blathers. He will give you a vaulting pole that you can use to jump to the other side of the river. That should help a bunch with catching bugs. Also, if you find the snowballs on your island, you'll probably also find the dung beetle pushing it around. OH! And wasps spawn all year round, so you should shake all of your trees while you are holding your net and you should be able to catch 5 wasps.
