I was doing amazon to ebay dropshipping but realised how unsustainable it is due to low margins and insane competition and have just recently switched to china to ebay dropshipping. One tip that I can give you which i hope will help at least a bit is I saw in your video that you are purchasing products from aliexpress using GBP currency, most of the time if you switch from GBP to USD on aliexpress the products will be a little bit cheaper due to currently conversion. you can use banks like revolut to purchase in USD with no additional fees and it should save you money on product sourcing

Question I have is do you put this on ebay and wait until it is sold and then order it from Ali? And send it to customer straight away giving his address or do you order it to your place and then to customer. Thank you for response in advance.
Hello, yes, if demand is there I will definatley make more of these videos as I could talk for hours about what I've learned... As you'd expect, I'm not an expert and I feel like this reflects in my results, but hopefully theres something there to learn. In response to your question, yes, I do send the orders once an order has been placed with me. The concept of dropshipping is that you basically never hold the inventory, reducing risk on your part. Hi really good video mate... 2 questions though If youre drop shipping how come you calculate postage costs? Also if you use aliexpress how long does shipping take fro. Supplier to your customer?
Hello, I only look for items with fast shipping. even on aliexpress, try to aim for 7 days or less if you want success. In terms of shipping costs, I would include those in total purchase costs for the item. Hope that helps. Thanks
Hello Aaron, I'm new to selling and I've verified my Payoneer and eBay accounts. I've also submitted the invoice as Proof of Merchandise. I'm wondering, does eBay permit dropshipping? If it does, what precautions should I take? Should I list one item per day and wait a few days before adding more listings? Also, when dropshipping, do you recommend using suppliers from AliExpress? Should I choose suppliers from China, the US, or the UK? Sorry for the lengthy question.
Brilliant question, thank is for asking it. In my experience, dropshipping on eBay is a bit of a grey area. I’ve never had any trouble from eBay specifically about dropshipping items, and very very few customers either know or care about the process (like I may have had 4 complaints over 700+ items, which is not bad really) In terms of listings. I’d say list every day… as many as possible… pick a routine that works for you so you don’t get burned out… I’ve seen this soo many times… people lost 20+ items in a day and don’t list for the rest of the week. EBay likes to see that you are active and listing daily is a great way to show this. I aim for 4-20 listings per day but don’t worry about the numbers too much as a beginner. Just stay consistent. In terms of suppliers, I personally don’t worry too much about the country of origin, just be aware of shipping time, quality of seller and very importantly & something I don’t hear anyone speak about, potential for import duty, tax, tariffs and shipping costs. Finally, my biggest and last piece of advice would be don’t feel bad for asking questions. Find out all you can know & never stop learning. Don’t expect overnight results, but stay consistent and it’s not unreasonable to expect you could have some success with the right product research

I have a question about the Ebay Postage. When selling it asks about which service i want. But if i am shipping from Aliexpress i wont be sending any postage myself? So what would i be doing with this option
I personally choose "delivery & connection" this service is the slowest one so items are technically almost never late. It also doesn't require tracking which is worth considering. Despite this, I always recommend updating tracking if possible. Thanks for your comment
Hello, personally I do aliexpress to ebay. I have never really thought about doing amazon to eBay, partially for the packaging reason buy also because I've never really had too many issues with aliexpress. The site really isn't as troublesome as it was back in the day in my opinion and experience. Hope that helps. Thanks
