It took me some days to watch this video because of time lmao, but still worth it. I know you're gonna succeed and you're actually awesome man. It's very insightful to see this and it actually remembered me of why I started following self improvement in the first place (even just as a teenager) Interesting to see your organization and stuff and even if your goal is to just make people addicted to your content, I'm all for it. I trust you. Interesting how everyone treats video games like their punching bag also 😂 .Also the word you tried to say around 1:58:11 maybe it's "reiterating", but anyway, good luck man with your channel and have a great week, keep on the sigma male grindset and based views

bro it’s crazy how much we relate dude, talking about goals, self improvement, why vacations are hard because it messes with your productivity, and the new wave of self improvement youtubers a garbo, etc me and you gotta have like a podcast episode together

Greetings Brother, God bless. I was curious when you show you training schedule, how many reps do you do in each set, or are all your sets to failure

this video is a bit outdated now lol I have changed my schedule completely since this was made. But I can give a example on how I structure my weighted pullups 👍👍 so I start with warm up 2 sets regular pullups not to failure at all, then for the main sets 3 sets to failure on 40 kg first aiming for 8 then 7 then 6 then I drop the weight to 20 kg for 2 sets hope this was somehow helpful 😁
