I’ve noticed with the Lynx, if you set the pedal angle to -2, it accelerates significantly easier and I don’t notice and negative effect on braking. Could be worth a try to get better acceleration on the ET.

Good over all first look video. In 5mins, you covered all the most important bases; base speed free spin vs weakening free spin, acceleration curve, ride feel, and over all stability. Nice work.

This is the Bugatti of Electric Unicycles. This is my first choice, but out of my price range. Purchasing the V12ht on sale for 1699.00, but I hope to upgrade to this in a couple years.

From a non-EUC rider and the mother of someone who does ride, manufacturers are losing the way with production of ever faster and faster unicycles. This great form of transport is only ever going to interest a niche market because of the difficulty in learning to master it and the fact that, like the motorbike and other forms of 2-wheel transport, you are open to the elements when riding. It's fantastic for relatively short commuter journeys and for leisure pursuits, but it's no good once you have to do the weekly shop for a family of 4 or have to take the kids to school on a daily basis. Tearing around urban and suburban streets at 50 or 60mph is not a good idea on two wheels, let alone one.

현재 ET MAX 유저로써 기존의 휠과는 다른 힘을 느끼고 만족하고 있습니다. 배터의 소모가 빠른 상황은 더욱 지켜봐야겠지만 우선은 만족하고 있습니다. 지난주에 구매하여 한국의 날씨가 좋지 않은 관계로 많은 주행을 하지 못하였지만 날씨가 좋아지면 즐거운 라이딩이 될것 같습니다. 새로운 성능과 기능 기대합니다. 제법 무거워서 허리가 조금 아프지만 적응하면 괜찮을것 같아요. 항상 안전한 라이딩 되시길!!!

Weight aside, this ET Max is the most well put together pkg & best constructed (& IMO best looking) wheel BG has ever made. Considering how much we crap on BG, its the Max is already an achievement. The weight has me doubting if its the best race wheel but no doubt its going to be an excellent street ride esp for bigger bois. Good stuff

it's like the megapixel wars were in cameras? for the moment they don't actually improve build quality, longevity and servicability, so they reconfigure the cells in series to make a number larger

Thanks for the nice short take Ronin, this seems like a cruiser but much heavier than the lynx... its the best looking begode wheel but too heavy to win me over the lynx... a straight line missle that goes 60-65 mph ... but I like off road ... gratz to all who get it. Now the commander gt pro is the most ridiculous looking wheel where the bottom edges of the batteries come so close to the wheel I dont understand who would dare want that thing... terrible design choice on the Cpro gt I really like the look of the et Max but for my style of riding I am really happy with the 88lb lynx over the 112 lb et max.... But if your are just a city cruiser then this may be for you.

Great video!! would you pick this or ex30? Did et max feel more top heavy and less nimble than ex30? And roughly what felt faster in terms of acceleration?

I would pick the ET Max! Ex30 accelerated better from low end but thats probably a fw thing that can be fixed fast.

Looking forward to more et max info. I was split on lynx or et max. Et max's pedal height options are a big plus. The lynx lowering kit isn't that much, but I need to test it more maybe get used to it still. The lynx is none the less sold out lol. Good luck begode. For me the lynx is faster than I would reach for a long time I suspect.

How to unlock magnetic weaking? I updated the FW and still no magnetic weakening option for et max on my samsung phone 😞

@Ronin_Ryder apparently, the playstore version is not up to date (1.0.20) where the one with magnetic weakening is 1.0.25. Had to ask for apk from the community
