Begoxe falcon. a suspension wheel that's lightweight and not too expensive! is it right for you? please, enjoy the video! #electricunicycle #euc #begode #china #begodefalcon
I think the majority of EUC riding can be done on these small to midsized wheels. But I will always want the next biggest and baddest wheel though 😂 in our nature to go fast
I've mentioned to one of our resellers in the states that Inmotion should really Frankenstein their RS scooter wheel (11") into a unicycle with their 100V Raptor controller. My Mten4 gets used the most for yard work. Power and range are near perfect for what it is, I would just want better fit/finish and water protection.
@bondo31 the mten4 is easy as heck to just grab and go. The falcon is definitely bigger and heavier. Can't just single handedly sling it around. Also, my mten4, I just step off it and let it drop to its side to dismount. Easy
Thanks for the review! I'm waiting not so patiently for the shipment to arrive in the USA, ha! Can't wait to try this thing out. I've got a Lynx, but it's a bit much for simple around town playful stuff. I tend to use my Kingsong 16X for that. At the same weight as my Kingsong, this Falcon should add a whole lot more fun factor and capability for that use case. Looking forward to your other videos on the Falcon! Really fun hearing your speak Chinese as well. That must've been a tough one to learn.
You're exactly right. My master is too much for the parks and easy riding. This wheel satisfies that, easily. Fun factor is big. And yea... Mandarin is not an easy one to learn 😂
Thanks for your insights and initial impressions. I got a lot of that moss in my area as well, so my tire decision is important. Hey, convince Kuji to get the knobby falcon so you guys can ride them side by side for real time comparison!
Yeah, definitely putting the micro back into mobility! Thanks for taking us on your first ride. I’m excited and a little bit nervous to be getting at first batch wheel, but between your ride and review and “one pack two cells” Tear down - I’m feeling pretty confident Now I’m curious about what it’s like to live in China. I’ve only been there briefly with my wife. We were definitely in the wrong place at the wrong time!
The wheel seems really solid for a first batch. I wouldn't be too worried. Also, living china is the best. I can actually afford to work, and pay all my bills 😆 you must've been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Welcome you to return and visit!
You can do a lot with a road tyre. Tread pattern is only a part of it. Tyre compound is another factor, tyre pressure also. I used to take my motorbikes offroad with goos success and good skill 😂 I used to take my V10 and S18 out in the parks of Shenzhen, both with road tyres, no worries.
Never thought I'd have a collection of wheels. It's kind of surreal😅 hope yall enjoy the "Vlog"ness of the video. It's a little different from most reviews
@@TheBergMan same here mate its an expensive hobbie for sure love the way you did it was super cool mate kept me wanting more was gutted when the video ended i enjoyed all your videos your going places bro :)
Thanks for the review, I’ve been waiting for. Now I need to choose between the falcon and the Master v4. It’s difficult to choose. Did you test the maximum range and the maximum speed of falcon?
Max safe speed is 40kmh. But I feel it can do 45-48 as well... master v4 and falcon are two very very different wheels. Do as much research as you can. One is more portable and convenient while the other is a speed demon that thirsts for adventure haha
I was in "race mode" the first half of video. I switched it to "off road" right before I carried the wheel up the flight of stairs. Didn't notice any big difference...
I would say it does... I didn't notice too much active balancing except for when there were big grooves in the sidewalk. The wheel slightly wanted to follow the grooves
Do you feel the giro effect with the street tire? Some people are complaining that it rides like the old Z10 (street tire). Have you tried the knobby tire? Thanks.
@GustavoTestaCorrea a knobby would vibrate quite a bit since the wheel is so wide. The offroad tire feels like a motorcycles rear tire haha nice and round, but makes wheel super agile, even at very low speeds

I got a quition I wanna know how much air on ur tire I mean psi . Actually I just got falcon yesterday but I suddenly noticed what waddle is .. Plz give me som tip bro
It's nice to see this praised wheel once again...The old fans of V11 and S18 will finally stop saying that it was better before...they will finally shut their mouths^^. On the other hand, I am surprised about the autonomy, you say that you drove hard for 1h30 and that you only used 25%? If you drive on average at 25km/h that would mean that you did around 30km in 1h30 for only 25% battery, which would correspond to more than 100km for 100% battery? it seems very strange to me...because even the big wheels don't do more than 100km...I think it would be really great to do a real autonomy test :-) Other users seem to say that the autonomy would be around 40km.
The S18 suspension was actually the most functional design with a progressive linkage. I think it was patented in China and so Begode never matched it. That’s why aftermarket linkages are still generally better - they can to an extent ignore patent laws. Those two wheels were groundbreaking and we owe all of what we have today to those visionary designers. Mainly San at Kingsong. I love the new wheels and the direction the whole industry is going, towards safer and more fundtional wheels, but lets pay respect, nay homage, to the pioneers of susoension wheels - Inmotion and Kingsong. In those days there was a ton of resistance in the community, who thought it was a fad and that their legs were better. These two manufactureres and then followed by the big hitters Begode and eventually by Leaperkim with a pro design, showly changed the EUC world. Finally putting power and range together in the EX20S of Begode. I had that very first wheel and ran it through wilderness regions of western China in winter because of those 3600Wh. All possible because of the S18 - oh I also had the first one on China, and helped them make the dealer set up video. Just 4 years ago. The industry is moving ahead at breakneck speed. Wonderful 😊
@rogerunderhill4267 woa! Really interesting comment. Thank you for it. You sound like quite a cool dude! Everyone knows kingsong's suspension is king. I believe begodes power has always been king. Inmotions safety and build quality was always noticeably superior. All the companies are taking what people like from these wheels and trying to combine them to make the ultimate wheels. It's a beautiful thing for us, as consumers. Probably sucks for the companies, though 😆 competition is soooo high
@@rogerunderhill4267 It's good that you speak in the past tense because the S18 is part of the past and today everyone knows that the plastic wheels of Kingsong suspensions are really rotten and that Inmotion and Kingsong are only playing on marketing from now on without making any effort ...when we see that they dared to bring out a V11Y with the same outdated design of the V11 without changing much, it's really window dressing...so fortunately there is BEGODE which does not take people for idiots. As for leaperkim, sorry but not everyone wants to ride a tank LOL
@@TheBergMan Okay so in the end the 25% discharge does not correspond to anything concrete. it would have been cool to have a serious autonomy test from 100% to 10%
@@TheBergMan some people have reported prices at 40-50% off retail when buying direct from manufacturers, others have said that their discount was minimal. What are the real numbers?
Woa! I'd have a lot more wheels if I had a half price off 😆 I legitimately just get it slightly cheaper than yall because there's no distributor in China. Just the manufacturers
As an example v14 (50s) for Russia costs about 1900 USD right now as a sale. ~2300 off-sale. So you can compare that with your local taxes/prices. Falcon is not available yet AFAIK.
@@TheBergMan Volts = Safe, Torque depends on the motor. If you have a lot of the two = safe. I need the wheel to go a least 85 and be able to ride it safe on that speed, don't need more.
I can agree with you. I feel like the majority of euc riders don't exceed 55 kmh though and aren't interested in these new wheels. I, personally, want the biggest and fastest 😆
I sprayed it standing pretty far back. But if you look on websites, ip67 supposedly can handle direct spray from hoses and nozzles. So I figured it I stand back a bit, it should be fine
@@TheBergMan Direct spray could be the same as a mist of water, without almost any pressure. I would wash this wheel, but with a sponge instead. I don't even high pressure wash my bike, cause water could get into bearings and stuff
I believe you are mistaken, maybe if you are shopping at eWheels but according to the Next Gen Mobility 50GB is standard. eWheels calls it the T4Pro+ with 50S. Next Gen has the T4 Max with an upgraded motor and 50S.
