On the occasion of the very unique Italian show by Behemoth, Metallus.it had the pleasure to meet Adam "Nergal" Darski, who spoke with us about the brand new record "The Satanist" and about his life experiences.

I saw Behemoth live last friday for the first time ever and Nergal kicked ass so much. He's just so natural and original he's awesome. He seems like a guy who you could talk to about absolutely anything you want. A very talented, inspirational man and a hell of a band frontman. He just knows how to do it, how to get positive attention from people and how to impress. I almost shit myself when I've seen them last friday, I was in the very first row and Nergal walked on the stage right next to me, just a few metres away (maybe even centimetres). A true inspiration
ever sense his kimo, he seems more like a more reserved and a bit "darker" person, in his past interviews he was more "chipper" so to say. idk maybe its me
I'd agree with you too, definitely different. Just saw them play in Philly and met and spoke with him a little, he seemed the same as is he does in the interview, not as outgoing like he was.
Just so we're clear satan did not gain freedom when he rebelled against God, he actually sealed his fate and was bound by chains of sin and hell. don't think that cause someone says he freed himself due to passion and hunger for independence, it means he achieved actual freedom and power of freedom. when you break the laws of the One who gave you life and all things (that being Jesus) you sin against Him and are bound to the same fate as satan.
