+aceinthehole1222 It's the most exciting league in the world. I don't care what anybody says. Not everything is perfect, these short tournaments do make it so that the level of intensity in some teams drops because there isn't the need to stay at the top of the table to win the championship, but it's a trade for the always exciting playoffs.

aceinthehole1222 Same here man, I sometimes put off going out with friends if certain teams play. I grew up in the US, and I actually never felt like I had a real team. I love football so much that I can't truly love any team because I got into club tournaments really late in my life. From ages 10-28 I only watched International games, and I loved football, but I didn't understand that the real love comes from watching games every weekend, not just when your country plays. I started watching Barcelona play first, then got into the English league, and then about four years ago started watching Liga MX. And just fell in love with it. I love how any team can beat another any given day. While I still love Barcelona, I can't stand La Liga. It's basically two teams and a bunch of other teams that don't matter, and until recently three teams. My team in Mexico is America, but since I didn't grow up with the team, I don't love the team, I just like them for some reason. But I also cheer for Tigres, Xolos and Leon. And to tell you the truth, I don't think I dislike any team, except for maybe Chivas, and that's only because I can't stand the owner.

It might be true due all the final matches lost there, first against Pachuca in the last breath, the Copa Mx Final against Cruz Azul or the most painful ones, against Tigres (both male and female squads).

My dad was born in Mexico and loves the game. I showed him the video and he said that he was really surprised how accurate everything is! About the game being a religion in Mexico about the separation is based off of money and a small town. Really great video!

I've been a supporter for a long time and having to be living thousands of miles away from Monterrey sucks. I am unable to watch them in person but that doesn't stop me. Having to see them on t.v. and making my own home feel like a rayados home game is the best feeling in the world. I hope one day I get to watch #Monterrey in their new stadium. I am very glad they made this video.

I'd like to say that the quality of your uploads is brilliant at the minute & this tops it. Great article to go with a great video. As a West Ham fan we have one of the most passionate bunch of fans in England, yet other than Spurs we don't play a big rival often (Millwall) and Spurs would class Arsenal as a bigger Derby. This looks like something I'd enjoy immensely and would love to go to. Also, the shirts look the part & watching a few of the games; this league is improving! i was at that game. i had the best time in my life. ive been to a monterrey game every year since i was a kid. Rayados hold a special place in my heart. It was such an amazing feeling being able to be at the first Clasico in the new stadium.

+Adan Cárdenas Barrón America vs Morelia is not really considered a rivalry it just a made up rivalry because of the two tv stations in mexico and i wouldnt consider a pumas vs cruz azul important either, if u wanna name all the rivalries there is alot more like puebla vs vercruz(clasico del centro sur), Chiapas vs Merida, Atlante vs Cruz azul etc... but these are rivalries not derbys

Amigo Rey, desde el 2004 que eh visto todos los calsicos hasta el ultimo, y este fue mas o menos a las raices, no de futbol, mas que nada la pasion, crees que no lo soy aguila, me enojaba cuando las cabras nos ganaban, me encabrone como no tienes idea cuando fueron campeones, luego nse que hicieron, se hicieron pequeños, dieron verguenza como club en la libertadores del 2010, y se cambiaron a un rescinto lejos de la aficion principal, y tener que viajar mucho, para que por 6 años no llenen su estadio ni en clasicos, ademas gracias a las redes sociales, el america es odiado por moda, todos nos desprecian, no importa que suene como nena, es la verdad, no tenemos un rival a muerte, practicamente todos son nuestros rivales, hasta omar bravo, salcido, aguilar y zambu se preocupan por la institucion, sus colores y su equipo, los demas por no quedar mal, y al cluben intereses, es una verdad dolorosa como americanista a muerte, que este clasico se convierta en mera publicidad

+Ryan Grimes Texas is full of people from Monterrey so is not that unusual, in fact both teams have a supporter group in Houston and they travel everywhere, (talking about international games), for example when rayados went to morocco and japan for the club world cup a lot of people from there went, i know that bc i went too and i had to make a stop in Houston.

I am a die hard Tigres fan. The stadium, "el volcan" is one of the most hype environments that I've ever been a part of. You can't even begin to imagine the scenes. I need the jersey because I've been following the "Libres y Locos" since I was born and it is hard to find a tigres jersey online or anywhere since I am living in the US. #tigres

They are trying to make Guadalajara look like a bad fan and they never mention that Chivas fills every stadium in the country. They also over hype América, but I wouldn't mind that if they started speaking more about Chivas' amazing fans.
