Hey guys! Here is a video that I've been working on since the beginning of July. It's a lot different compared to the content I put on my channel which is lighthearted and so on. I guess I categorize this as a more serious video? There are many things I wanted to include and although I may not be as pleased as I wanted to be with the outcome, I am happy I at least got somewhere with this project.
As fans, we are used to seeing people slander and downplay Suzy's achievements. We are a mature fandom but sometimes, ignorant people can go too far, far enough to hurt someone. I am not here for that. I am also definitely not here for the shameless harassment done by some people just because Suzy dated two men. It is extremely childish and inhumane.
The purpose of this video is to show people that Suzy is someone for herself- that she can stand her own ground. She is undoubtedly one of the most successful women in Korea right now among side IU but people seem to juggle her status like a bunch of clowns as if it were a joke. This video also shows her more weaker, innocent side. She walked into the industry empty handed, no prior training received like other trainees, a 15 year old was just chucked in. But she still improvised around strangers and managed to pull off certain tasks like a pro. Of course there had been many instances where her lack of training brought her a disadvantage. For example, her speeches. She would be called 'dumb' and for not being able to articulate words well into her speeches. Have people forgotten that she skipped this whole 'training' stage? While most of the things she talks about in her interviews show that she clearly has a high understanding of the outside world, people seem to hold her speeches against her. We can't change the minds of others so I'll let that be.
There were many clips I wanted to insert but there weren't sources and often it was deemed impossible to download. I put every bit of anger into making this, she has many more achievements but obviously that would make the video too long.
