Very good initiative by you guys. Please continue making more episodes and if possible shoot one with Advocate Deepinder Singh Patwalia, Adv. Jaiveer Singh Shergill. And one humble request please add some more glipmse of beautiful offices. :)
Really very great man and eminent jurist,he is,,,in babree mosque demolition case he was senior lawyer and arguing counsel for state of UP and justice adarsh goyal main counsel ,,,all the senior lawyers opposing the Kar seva based upon the track record of BJP or RSS or VHP were cautioning, supreme court not to permit kar seva ,but great venugopal ji argued that kalyan singh BJP government is democratically elected and this government must be believed,,and kar seva took place resulting into demolition of baabree mosque and serious communal riots after which country has not find peace from communalism and now it is majoritarianism democracy which is called hindutva,,, very great man indeed
Also read about the great men who gave free run to Kashmir separatists under Manmohan Singh, the eminent lawyers who acquitted Ajmer Khadim and Congress leaders in biggest rape case of india called Ajmer Rape case and many more under the great INC party.
... Excellent programme... Advised to dress up appropriately for the occasion... Mr Nitin Oommen,... 'How Venugopal is Behind the Bar' ... oops!! He might take umbrage...
@@SatyendraManiTripathi-rw5so thank you so much for your support. Will keep on making these for people like you who watch us and support us. Regards & Best Wishes Aditya
Lol the designation is “Attorney General Of India” as per Indian Constitution, uploader is correct and Moreover, AGI can’t be FOR India because Attorney are never bound to argue from a the side they are being presented rather they are independent to put their legal opinion because they take the oath of Constitution and doing justice is their prime duty. Which is why they are neither bound to defend police, govt. etc. They are Independent to give any kind of legal opinion in the case.
@@TheMehulkhanna Buddy, don't know which Country's Constitution you're referring to. Please check Art. 76 of Indian Constitution & come back. Please don't apply your mind. Just go & READ. Come back with Art. 76 of Indian Constitution which defines Attorney General FOR India. Bye bye.
India is a strange country where poverty is attached with Caste. if u go through the list of 1% indian who holds 70% of India's wealth then they all comes overwhelmingly from Brahmin-Bania nexus and none of them in the list are from SC ST OBC who form more than 80% of India's population
@@user-dostiBaniRaheBus the backward caste strangely hold a humongous amount of unaccounted wealth, Ive seen Govt officials who go the job in reservation hold a very healthy amount of black money
@@bhartiyamemesena546 reservation is only 49 %. So by your logic there must be equal proportion of Black Money held by UR people who fills rest of the bureaucratic jobs. ( hoping you are not suggesting that only the reserved caste people are engaged in Corruption )
Very sad to know this is your second last episode. Your way of framing questions doesn't let the interviewee get bored. Also the picturisation has been amazing. I hope you will interview P Chidambaram or Gopal Subramanium before you end this series.
Thank you Avinash. We are right now doing the final with Fali Nariman Sir. But let me try to put the other two interviews on the line too. It’s something that I will definitely do even if it is in the second season .
Excellent series of interviews. No one has focused on our judicial and legal system and talked to leading experts like you have. Please keep up. Best wishes.
