This Grand Final comment is so old that I get used to it and it's a pearler line for opposition supporters to use against teams that are down and out. we still need CONSISTENCY. We have some serious talent but without an EXTERNAL review of the club top to bottom this win will, as history has shown, be a case of a team teasing. Dodoro is but one cancer that has slowly over a unbelievable 20 years ruined EFC. If any senior manager in the corporate world had his record they'd be terminated but not only does Sheeds love him, AD's connections in this club are against everything healthy and everything positive. The Board/top 2 execs are duds. EFC urgently needs someone NOT Essendon to come in and assess the entire club, but we're the most conservative club in the AFL, always have been. 22 years and no premiership is a sad indictment on those in key positions. But we do have hope. Cox, Harrison who's a potential EFC AFL legend are just 2 of the key building blocks. Dodoro refuses to recruit big body Geelong Richmond mid fielders, again he is an insidious bloke. You cannot win without the cattle. But this POS is untouchable, yet decides 'who' our playing group is. AD has NO football background experience. He used to work at Footscray Council before befriending Harvs, and then honeycombed, cemented his place at the club. Truly an insidious POS. Sack the entire EFC Board and top 2 appointees. 23 years is very soon, then 25 years, a 1/4 of a century. We are NOT built this way, our history, power, fan base are just too massive to accept 1/4 century of no Premiership. Bashing the coach is a cop out.

The last 7 years it's been the same old routine,by round 10 the seasons is Over ,we don't know what happened in 2021 ,that must have been apparition, they chop and change the game plan,they are like dogs chasing their tail,Ben rutten is too much light John worsfold, they have the same philosophy and methodology ,if Ben Rutten is coach in 2023 it will be the same, you got to be sometimes cruel to be kind, football is a do or die environment, John Worsfold and Ben rutten has no way to motivate the players, we have seen it for the last 7 years, Ben Rutten might be a nice guy but, nice guys finish last, if Xavier Campbell has any balls or sense he would sack Ben Rutten at the end of the year and appoint 4time premiership coach Alastair Clarkson , you will bring a sound Game plan that players will understand and execute, some people said that Essendon was lucky to make the finals last year with only 10 win,, realistic we should have win 14 games, we should have won against Hawthorn ,when we were 39 point up, the turnaround was Tom Mitchell ,who started dominate in the second half , Ben Rutten did not tag Mitchell 39 disposal, we should have won against Sydney last year ,when we were 25 points up ,and the same thing happened Luke Parker started to dominate and we did not put a tag on him 38 disposal,that's the reason why we lost, the same thing happened last year against Carlton, walsh was dominating all day, do you think that braindead coach Ben Rutten would tag him, he was the difference, Lockie Neale who got leather poisoning 44 disposals ,do you think any other coach will let that happened
You’ve stunned the supporters and members with how pathetic you’ve been for 80% of the season. We start winning games now and it puts a Band-Aid on how shidd we actually are. Get Clarko immediately!
