Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life
You're absolutely right, to be a successful in life required not only hard work but awareness and sometime opportunity at the moment, investment remains the best way to start.
@@samuelwatt4580I agree with you. Investment is the key to sustaining your financial longevity. And not just any investment but an investment with guaranteed return.
yeah investment is the key to sustaining your financial longevity but venturing into any legit investment or business without a proper guidance of an expert can lead to great loss too.
@@rahmatumustaph1609 Obviously talking about been successful, I know I am blessed if not I wouldn't have met someone who is as spectacular as Debra Barton
I went to Nairobi this past August, you guys have beautiful homes. One thing I love about you guys is that;you don't make noise like some countries. I'm definitely considering retiring in kenya
In the future when featuring this type or any home please try to cover the aerial view using a drone so we can see the whole aerial view of the property! Take it as a suggestion because I love following your channel. And also please advise your cameraman to go into bathrooms and rooms instead of just standing outside and recording you.
The camera guy didn’t understand the assignment at all and he/she failed to show the property, but rather was focused on the two of you which in my opinion took a lot away from trying to sell the house.
The home is stunning. I had to actually watch another video to simmer on fully. You guys did a brief video, very nice but it hardly captured the house. Nancy moved so quick from one space to the next almost letting us assume how things may have been, for instance... We never got to see the details (finer ) on the Kitchen, the details of the ½ bath downstairs, a whole bedroom that was neglected by virtue of it looking identical... You never told us the type of finishes .. the flooring the tile work and all... I never saw the detail.. I would give you guys a 3 star... Details are what sell a space...
very disappointed by the camera guy, just following them around instead of showing us the house, show us the details/ of the house, the floors, the setup up close, in slow motion even...to the editor of this house show.
Lovely home. For the video person you covered the presenters more than the home. You missed the taps in the primary bathroom and a few other details in the home
Nicer beautiful home and house. But please tell the camera guy to focus more on the house than the presenters.Theres this scenario where Nancy was talking about the ensuite bathroom and instead of the camera man focusing the camera to the bathroom ,he focuses the camera on Nancy throughout... really????🙄
very true. I wanted to see more in the kitchen. If I may ask what is wet and dry kitchen? For me I love big kitchens so that just reducing my space. I wonder where to place my fridge
@@betterlifehealthyliving5409 okay basically, wet kitchen is used to make light meals like sandwiches, coffee...wet kitchen is where the heavy cooking happens When you have a large party yo can cook ugali, pilau..for a large number of people
I think it’s Fine that way . People don’t have much time for backyards unless if they have something going on .. I wish we have this greenery in the Gambia 🇬🇲.
@@Hagono254 so why didn’t they plant them to show how it would work. No Point spending so much money on a house that has very little outside space that is overlooked by so many houses. Even the trees would be confused 😐
No price mentioned here.... Runda certainly not cheap. What is the payment terms? It's very good to include such information on the video to make it complete....
The house is nice from what I saw. The cameraman needs to study other house video tours. The primary focus is viewing the home, all the rooms, bathrooms, and its features, not the host. This video had the potential to be a great visual tour. 🤷🏽♀️
Well, quite honestly it doesn't look like a billionaires home, not in Kenya anyway. There are fantastic homes in Kenya and this one although very nice seems to be lacking.
Missing few things for 1m$ elevator, front underground garage, server/generator room or kids playing area, stone meshed wall around lastly swimming pool with wooden floors, sun bks relaxing chairs backside hence space wish should be more an hectare
The houses all look alike and are there local builders in Nairobi . Africans seem to always give Arabs Europeans and Asians the keys to their economies
This kind of houses are too big for Africa, in a continent where 90 % are still living in poverty. What Africa need right now is houses with apartments, one bed room with kitchen, toilet & bathroom, 2 bedrooms with toilet, kitchen & bathroom, & 3 bedrooms with toilet, kitchen & bathrooms. This big houses are not what african real estates builders should be building. Otherwise we do not want to invite the rich to africa to come & enslave africans. Only 1% of the world population can afford this kind of houses.
The house is amazing, but the furnishing is sooo boring. No decos, no interesting paintings, no pomp, no color. If that's the show house, more stunning furnishing could be done to attract someone
Kenyan builders are finally waking up. Kenyan houses are beautiful outside but the interiors are all horrible. From design , finish and layout. Bathrooms look like prison baths. From Runda to Loresho. Finally we have good design and builders!!!!
Very well said! I've been saying for years how Kenyan houses generally have very poor workmanship and finishing. And the houses are so overpriced yet poor quality. Lately I can see they are really improving. My only hope is this type of good workmanship is done on affordable housing. Majority of Kenyans don't have the money for these kind multimillion homes.
@@Aquagirl-in6wr Excellent point. I think you need to find a good builder by looking at their work. You could also have the builder just do the structure of the house, then you look for different people to do the floors, kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, lightening and so on. In other words, you have to be very hands on and show them what shoddy work is and that you will not accept it. That is, if you are building a custom home
Am sorry for what am about to say but the camera man failed in this video actually how can one start house tour and take us directly outside they didn't show the bathrooms clearly they not giving justice to this beautiful home😢
He really did. There should have been more shots of the house. That's more what we're interested in, some parts they could even showcase the rooms and have the presenters voice in the background.
The house is stunning, however, the camera guy could add more b-roll footage to showcase the house. ie when they are walking up those stairs instead of showing all their steps 14:45 or panning too much in their face he could add more b-roll of the space( 8:37 was nice since we can see what they are seeing)
This is not to make the cameraman feel bad. It's to make him improve his craft. A little training is needed. Please focus on the house. Show off the house much more than you show the agents. Do some panning as well. Also, why do I hear and see Jamaica in this lady's voice and body language? Anyway, I don't know what a dry kitchen is. Please educate us as you mention things that might not be universally known. You're on a global platform, so, bear in mind that your audience is watching from all over the world... from different cultures, with different vocabulary and associations for items and features that are the same. We can have language barriers even speaking the same language... 😄. Yes, strange but true. What a world we live in. With all that said, I will finish with the obvious. This is a very nice house. "Grandness" and space in a house is attractive, even when the rooms are few. I'd rather have two grand rooms than four or five standard ones just for the sake of numbers.
You're right, what we meant is that the entire development sits on that space. The individual villa sits on 1/4 acre. We have corrected it, thank you for pointing it out.
The presenters are not in synch at all! He totally left the lady hanging on that hi-five in the kitchen! 😂 Camera work was not great, presentation could be better with much practice.
I have really enjoyed the hosts of this real estate very lovely duo- and very enjoyable to listen to the both of them as they interact between themselves as they explain and show us around making sure they make mention of the very special details...I am watching this from The united Kingdom. keep it up. I am looking to buying a home in Kenya, I have also been looking at the penthouses...Thank you I will definitely visit more of you. It is this kind of discipline conduct which really makes a difference and people are then warmed to wanting to buy. Thank you! keep it up. Junipher
Dear Junipher, thank you very much for the kind words! It means a lot to get this sort of feedback when putting in a lot of work into the videos. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@vibe.rw and our team will be happy to assist with the house hunting.
I don't normally comment much on RU-vid, but the camera guy was really below par. The lady was moving too fast. She didn't let the gentleman lead her. The house needed more attention
