Honestly guys, I've seen maybe 90% of all ur tours, this house is the most beautiful and most perfect horse ever. I have always wanted to see a house where the staircase faces inwards and not the front door. Thanks for showing us these homes. Love u guys.

This is honestly the most perfect house! It's absolutely gorgeous, has a lovely layout/flow and is big but not so big it has loads of empty space. Lovely patio and garden area and the exterior of the house in general is so lovely. 11/10 would recommend I just wish I had 4.5 million to buy a house haha

Great to see a new build to such a high standard. Luna did a great job. The first class touches like the window shutters and the position of lights, built in speakers, well thought out garage, underfloor heating so no cheap radiators. Very much a developer leading the way.

Truly a dream house for most. Definitely in top 5. Still don’t think it beats The knoll, Nottinghamshire. Just more facilities available there. Worth the extra 1hr drive. Plus if you’ve got £4.5m to spend on a house. You’d likely have the funds to buy a bolt hold in London as well. That’s the real dream.

The knoll still hasn't been topped for me. One thing I do like is they actually care about the garage in this house and made it look good. Alot leave the garage out or don't put much effort into it

I’ve been waiting for this. Bovingdons have some of the best house stock in the country. That Beaconsfield area is amazing in terms of the quality of houses and Bovingdons likewise benefit from it. Think there is enough in that area to keep you guys busy for a while.

Modern without being obtrusive about it. (I’m a lover of period houses for the most part). I actually really like this house and would have no trouble living in it especially the master bedroom. It’s lovely with a nice garden.

This is the best house I think I have seen at this price point. And honestly speaking, the Knoll in Nottingham is nice, but it is a bit too modern for me and I like the warmth that this house gives over the Knoll. I also love the kitchen!!!! It is an absolute dream to cook here! I am not a takeaway person and I cook 99.9% of my meals at home, and I would love to have this kitchen as the current one I have is about a quarter of the one here! And the pantry cabinet is amazing!!! It is beautiful, never seen such a lovely cabinet in my whole life!!! Personally speaking, my favourite houses are this one and the Manor you had toured in Bedford. Absolutely amazing!!!!!

The Knoll has the wow factor as a design project whereas this feels more of a home that wants to be lived in. I’d take this kitchen over the pool everyday. A good kitchen is a 75k plus investment properly equipped.

For a kitchen that enormous, I'd expect at least 2 wall ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, and at a prep sink. There is more than enough room, and it's not uncommon to have doubles in similarly sized new-build homes. That bedroom and bath over the garage would be a good for a live-in housekeeper.

One of my favorite kitchens ever! I definitely like this house better than the Knoll, but my brother would beg to differ! And, it is a close call because the Knoll is pretty exceptional! Killer master bath and wardrobes! They should install a tennis court in the garden. 8.8-10!

Wow what a winner of a property great sized home/mansion the drive up to the property suits the property so well. Very nice touch the double Garage and the garden is fantastic and the whole house just screams sophisticated and striking. The entrance in the property is stunning and a very clever concept of putting in a clock room.The amount of amazing gatherings parties etc could go on in this property. More mansions please Matt and Summer I’d love to see the price comparison up Greater Manchester way. 🙌🙌🙌

Definitely my fav house except for only one thing - the outside facade looks dated!!! Wish it had a more modern look. But all in all, fantastic house... and for the price, i am blown away really, right on the money!
