Drift Masters fans, welcome to our brand new segment at Drift Masters, where commentator Ian Waddington will be taking you behind the scenes at all of our insane Drift Masters 2024 events and showing you plenty of the action that goes on behind the scenes when it comes to our crew, drivers, setup, teardown and lots more!
We will of course be bringing you this brand new segment at all of this season's events, but let's kick things off from our season-opening Round 1 from Spain's Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Valencia.
Make sure you let us know in the comments below what it is you want to see more of from our upcoming events.

Haha. I couldn't agree more and done exactly the same. FD the biggest farce in Motorsport, it's honestly an embarrassment to drifting worldwide. Thank God for Drift Masters.

Loving the new behind the scenes look at Drift Masters. Is there any scope for any further changes? A suggestion I have asking for Drift Games is would you do some more content revolving around the driver's and teams. With there only being six events can we have some content showcasing teams/drivers so we can learn more about them especially because this series has drivers from pretty much all around the world. I am sure that the teams would not refuse especially considering that it would give more air time for the sponsor's. Just something to think about and expanding the behind the scenes content.

A lot of drivers/teams already have their own channels and coverage (including builds, outside dm and off-season stuff). Some are english, some native language (with and without english captions). E.g. off the top of my head: Pesur, Randalu, Heinonen, Wiecek, Peltola all have channels with (semi-)regular coverage. Probably plenty more.

They're working on it. Social team is actively engaged between rounds, collaborating with the drivers, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, shorts and handling a lot of other tasks. This is just the beginning; they're scaling up and will skyrocket content for the fans. Just be patient, bigger things are coming :D

But I have one question: why is the qualifier broadcast on RU-vid, but the live stream is not? Are there legal reasons for this on the part of RedBull TV?

It’s likely part of the deal between Drift Masters and RedBull. Drift Masters provides free access to the qualifiers on their own channels, while the finals are broadcasted on Red Bull TV, where it is also free to watch.

Love the BTS content and looking behind the scenes of DM! My only suggestion is the clicking sound on graphics is a bit too much for me. But thats just my opinion!

I like this Layout. I Think it's fast and demanding. IT's bringing more diversity to a championship. Maybe on a first round it's a bit too much, but this championship is not for beginners ;-)

@@bebespurs i agree a track should be high skill but the two manji zones do not aid in close tandem. and the stretch between the first outside zone and the first inner clip was forcing shallow angle which is also bad for tandem

The track is super demanding for drivers, especially for the chaser, but I think that series such as Drift Masters must have all kinds of tracks, fast, slow, wide and narrow to really test the abilities of these world class drivers.

there must be atleast one fast track also, all the tracks shouldn't be car parks doing eights.. last year's fast track was Sweden, that dropped and now we had this. chill out, next ones are coming smaller.
