Follow Living Zoology during their travel and work! This is the fourth episode of our series from Costa Rica. We explored the Pacific coast of this country and started with filming some snakes, like the Eyelash pit viper (Bothriechis schlegelii) and the Common northern boa (Boa imperator). Then we continued to Corcovado national park in search of a tapir! We did not see tapirs really nicely, but we managed to get some footage. It was amazing to see a tamandua from a close distance! Coatis, monkeys and peccaries were other animals we encountered. We also filmed several bird species and overall we enjoyed our time in Corcovado. At the end of this episode you will see how we tracked quetzals in the mountains! Next time be ready to see us working with rattlesnakes and we will also film a bushmaster surgery!

Again, great work you two, I'll bet you have many, many TB of photo and video footage, and well done to whoever found the drone and returned it, did you ever find out why it couldn't be controlled ?
@LivingZoology
@LivingZoology Год назад
Thank you! We have lots of content, yes! It is hard to edit it all! :D It was amazing that someone found the drone and returned it, we were so grateful. We think that because of the altitude and a cold weather the battery went down very quickly and it somehow compromised the return home function.

@@LivingZoology Thanks for reminder. Just double checked, yes I have. Always stellar work. Really enjoyed the bird and mammal work in this one. The tapir in the stream looked great to me despite the lighting challenges. The white rimmed ears helped set it off. That young boa was a spectacular specimen. I really appreciate your replies to my comments but I don't expect it. I just want to help boost your ratings. It's amazing you can reply at all when you are obviously so busy putting it all together. The memories you'll have to look back on will be awesome :)
