It’s really interesting seeing snippits of the renderware version of Mafia II. Looks great in the same style as the original mafia, but it’s a shame EA took their opportunity away for some flexing
I read they preparing remake of Mafia 2 with all content that was cut from original version (more missions, weapons, larger map, more activities etc.).
I wish someone would steal files, assets and everything else related to cut Mafia II (and III Vito DLC) story so we'd at least see what did we lose. Ambitious modders could recreate it in no time if they had all necessary data.
Dear mvg in my copy of m2 de the dialogue between civilians is missing , this occ urs in dlcs also. Eg, in joes adventures two woman outside his apartment are discussing rocknroll and church, in the def ed they are muted and their mouths dont move. Plus paper seller is mute,all bought from stores clothes dont have clotth pysicsThis is immersion breaki ng from carelessness. Atleast i have original. Def ed does look like a beautiful painting on pc and one x , which is enhanced also. Personally ilove the trilogy , each game tells afine yarn, the driving and gunplay in 3 is phenominal, 2 has the best mobster banter and lore, one is a classic and its remake nearly equals it, but no continual updates like gangsters in freeride , 7 missing freeride missions , dumb down lucas missions and no tram or train access really upsets, but the new motor cycles really impress. Anyhoot cheers for the channel.

Easily the best Mafia game RU-vidr. Though I don't know any other RU-vidr that has the same focus on organized crime-themed games, you're still great at what ye do.
I loved and enjoyed both the original Mafia 1 and Mafia 2. What an awesome sequel, the story line, cut scenes, and strong supporting characters just grabbed your attention. Mafia 1 remake was really good, but I disliked Mafia 3 (it was overkill, and the game was overdoing it). I wonder if we'll ever see a remake of Mafia 2, that would be mind blowing if that ever happens
Mafia 2 was the best since they merged with hanger 13 they’ve kept the mafia feel but they lack in the detail fr they could care less about adding the detail in the cops and how there is slow moments like selling cartons of cigarettes for a example it didn’t need to be there but boy did it make the game cool as hell cause it wasn’t like let’s just cut to the chase and move right along in the story
2K is the worst publisher. They’re responsible for all the cut content in Mafia 2 and Mafia 3. 2K Czech (now Hangar 13 Games) are good developers though.
@@MafiaGameVideos @Mafia Game Videos and also Mafia Remake too,they don't have enough time to finish everything they wanted,transport,Lucas Bertone missions,maybe even more,and if they could,they would still working on it,via updates,but sadly,2K give them other projects,so they had to move on.
