Episode link: • Down the Mine This was such a fun story to put together--here's a small look at what went into making it. #thomasthetankengine #behindthescenes #ttte
DUDE! I can't comment on the actual Down the Mine video, since RU-vid has it marked for kids, but thank you so much for making this. I loved Thomas as a kid, and he and Sodor are still my guilty pleasure. Your adaptation made me smile the whole way through, and even actually laugh multiple times (especially at Terrance's blistering speed). I appreciate the respect you clearly have for the show/books, the dialogue was true to the characters, true to the source, and actually legitimately funny. And the love you have for the show and characters shine through the whole production! It clearly took tons of work and time, but thank you for making this!
I’m catching up on comments, but your kind words really meant a lot to read. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your thoughts-Sodor is a special place to me, and these videos are a labor of love.
Your sets astound me, I'd honestly love an in-depth, long video going through your thought process and steps when building a set. They feel so genuine and alive!
@@Calebtrain It absolutely did! The attention to detail on things like that added a great deal to the immersion, instead of just having a simple discussion and the passengers appearing dead quiet.
They should do more compile adaptation from Thomas and Friends episodes like "The Sad Story of Henry," "Eward, Henry and Gordon", "Pop Goes the Diseal", "Dirty Work", "Close Shave", "The Missing Coach", "The Brake Van", "The Deputation", Thomas Comes to Breakfast and other more.
It was a truly good production. One of if not the best yet. You probably got to understand how it felt for David Mitton and the team when they first did it.
3 weeks late ahh what ever I love this, I'm quite Wondering where you got that Thomas Whistle Soundtrack from though if you don't mind me asking. Also keep up the great work!
The mine scenes are reminding me of "A part of me stayed behind" by Richard Jordan for how huge and deep you made the hole that Thomas fell into. Maybe you can make something horror themed like that someday.
I was wondering, im currently looking for work and was wondering whether you ever need help with these videos! Your work is amazing and I'd love to help out in some way:)
Here’s an idea, I think you should make bigger verisons of the models likes so they also move there eyes on there own without editing, and make close up models
Who else are you planning to make? I’d love to see the classic docks with cranky. Or diesel, Donald and Douglas, Oliver etc, to complete the classic line up
The down the mine video was incredible! I feel obligated to ask, how do you clean up after you’re done filming, the sets look so tedious with all the seperate textures mixed in.
Let’s be honest the reason why the comments haven’t been removed as made for kids is because the algorithm thinks kids don’t give a damn about Behind The Scenes
remember this? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GztPVsiuMHM.html I have a suggestion do it again, but with the special funnel song Peter Sam said again and again, his new funnel will put us to shame, went into a tunnel, lost his old funnel, now his famous new funnel's a drain add a second funnel, and use the same instrumental
@@Calebtrain can ie be more train models? I love to see how you made terrance or even other characters if you got any, like oilver or donald and douglas
