My favorite show of new shows in a LONG time. Good feelings with the cast like "Friends", "Cheers", "Mash", and "Will and Grace". I feel like I'm part of your family.
@@BurnItUpp2009watched both and they are good in their own way. I can really see how both adapted the story to cater more to their audience. I’m not American nor English but it does make me laugh loudly.
Just finished season 2. Who got sucked off at the very end!? I gotta know. But i heard theyre getting picked up for a season 3 so im very thankful. Such a good show. Theyre doing it right.
As a Brit 'I'm still amazed this British Series Horrible Histories off shoot has been remade and is successful in the USA. I love it but I'd thought it too uniquely British is translate.
I loved this show since its furst season. I have since moved to. Montana and have Ghosted my sister and Mother. They love it too. Sam's (Rose) real accent still makes me think she is posessed.
I love the uk ghosts as there based for kids audience and now I've seen all the usa version there they are for am adult audience and totally made it there own and I love to and love all the cast and can't wait to see more episodes ❤❤❤
All the sides hidden on set make me laugh and cringe at the same time. I was a tour guide for a TV show set on CW about 15 years ago (terrified to name it or be sued), and they habitually left behind sides all the time on set. I made it my job to walk around and find those mini-scripts before the tours opened for the day and shred them, and every once in a while one would be found _during_ the tour by somebody (guide or tourist). One of the producers liked to blame us for sharing spoilers with the tourists. First of all, we tour guides weren’t privy to the full scripts or be on set during filming. We had to watch the show on TV like everyone else to get the 411 on the show. Secondly, they should have one of their crew keep track of all the scripts and sides if it was such a problem.
So, the old "pilot house" and "montreal house" confuses me. I've looked up the house, and the front is completely different. But the interior is what you see in "Ghosts"? They re-created the interior to match what you see in the pilot on a soundstage in Montreal? And the exterior of Woodstone B&B, the gray rectangle, was created in Montreal? They just CGI in vines and snow? I'm so confused. I need some in-depth Woodstone behind the scenes.
I miss the episode I had to work and I thought since I was paying for a Paramount you know $12 a month that I would be able to see it later on Paramount like I had been doing before I started paying but now this time here it is 3 days later and no ghosts so I miss and yet I'm paying for TV this is so messed up I think this month I'll just forget about Paramount
because red tape its a nightmare to film in america. Canada has 1000% easier time filming movies and such that is why many of the shows are done there, cheaper, easier, less headache. Supernatural, etc all film in Canada its easier and better. America is too dumb.
I didn't think I would like Ghosts US because I'm British and obviously watched the British version first, but I have to say, I actually prefer the US version. PS We need more of ghost Crash.
love the show! with life always kicking my butt, this show makes me escape from it all and laugh and smile nonstop... My fav character (besides Sam of course, loved her in iZombie too) is Thorfinn!!!! of course everyone on the show is so great... and they're such a great group together. Watched S1 & S2 again to show my wife, and she usually doesn't like my shows but she loves it too now, we can't wait for S3! It had better hurry up, though we're just gonna watch it all over again anyway.
Not a new Ghosts episode has come on since whomever it was, was sucked up by the light. I miss the show. Not even Ghosts On Demand. Not good for a Ghosts addict. Having serious withdrawals.
I still don’t think this version of ‘Ghosts’ compares to the original UK ‘Ghosts’ I think I would love it if I watched it first….but i just think it feels over the top compared to the original
I mean it's good but the real show is really great I never knew why Yanks copied British Telly especially at the same time the real show is already on that is kind of sketchy and lame and shows how little talent US Telly writers have nothing new has come out of the US in forty years it's been one rip off after another from Sex in the City to Queer as Golf to the Office get your own cooking shows maybe
I love both - then again, I'm a historian, I enjoy the historical references the most in the UK version. Fun fact, though, is that the people involved in the UK version are part of the US version, including the actors. There's A LOT of cross-pollination from the UK version to the US version. So negative criticism of the US version really is negative feedback on the creativity of the UK cast & crew.
Well i like the american version over the UK version simply because i'm american and the humor clicks better. Much of the time you can enjoy the UK shows, but you aren't quite there with the humor, trying to understand some accents, country background, people you don't know and references. Just a culture thing.
