I would have to disagree , Janet's " Together Again " in 2024 is the most highest selling Tour of her career with 36 sold out shows with rave reviews from both the press and fans. At this point in her 51 years in the entertainment industry since performing with her siblings in Las Vegas at the age of 7 , she has received the equivalent of the Grammy , Billboard, and other awards both in the U. S. And Global. She was inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019. And let's not forget , Beyonce, Britney Spears, Aaliyah, Selena, TLC, Jennifer Lopez, just to name a few ,have ALL verbally in interviews credited her with inspiring them to get into the business. I think at this point Janet has nothing more to prove , and she is still the Queen as you and I both know. 😊❤
@@Winnib7479 yes, great way to break it down and to add, they tried to stop her career and silence her in 2004. And 20 years later she still going strong. I don't know a woman in Hollywood or the music business that still could have came back on their own and still killing it in 2024. She basically kept her career going on her own and with her fanbase which is not an easy thing to do.. she is the true definition of ICON!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯💯💯
She should be more revered then she is. This woman paid her dues more then anyone in this day and age. It sickens me that people think Madonna is all the rage. Janet has true talent. I've had 4 concerts in my life, and 2 of those were Janet. I'm not much for celebrity, but sometimes someone can play a part in your life.
I was surprised she actually sat down for an interview. It was very edited down for tv but she was on the whole first 30 minutes. Loved it!! Can't wait to see Janet on June 4th in Palm Springs!!!

When I saw the title of the video, of course I had to watch it. I was feeling everything the both of them were. I think I probably would have peed my pants. It's FRECKIN' JANET JACKSON!!! We all grew up with her. She is very humble and sweet. Drew was probably thinking, "Am I seeing who I think I am seeing?" It took some time so register in her brain that it was real. I would be the same way if I were to meet DREW BARRYMORE!!!!
I don't believe for a moment that this was a surprise. Janet Jackson is a maga-star, she always travels in an entourage, every moment of her promotional appearances are scheduled far in advance & down to the second. There's no way this could have been arranged w/o the host of the show knowing it.
