Behind-the-Scenes of Mark Maggiori's Process of "Once Upon a Time" Featuring Larry Callies 

Featured in the Briscoe Western Art Museum's permanent collection, Mark Maggiori's bold painting "Once Upon A Time" depicts two Black cowboys on horseback working on the cattle drive out West. We celebrate the untold aspects of American history to help show the West was of many colors and still is.
