I'm all in favour of having some of my taxes go to helping Ukraine. This is completely separate to homelessness.. It's about supporting a country who was illegally invaded and showing Russia they can't just take what they like without opposition.

Speak on farm issues going on in India. Further your stand on these humanitarian issues and violations going on upon human rights and basic rights to speech, have their voice and peaceful protests. America, UK and Australia must speak atleast.
you have to build a suistainable industry that can hold these shippings over a long period, not just send everything in the case of emergency, when Ukraines arms and ammunition reservers are depleting. Firstly it's more expensive to make arms quickly for emergencies (which Ukraine is in due to the failed counteroffensive) and secondly it just makes up for the potential the ukrainian military has lost as a result of the failure. You just keep patching the military back up with overpriced gear made in a short time and not thinking in advance. It therefore is more taxing on the Brits and not suistanable over the long term. The Russians will constantly advance, trying to reduce Ukrainians potetantial and in the foreseable future your non-sustainable emergency packs aren't going to be enough anymore, and then we really have a problem with an Imperialist power at our doorstep and goverments (EU included) who are disorganized in the event of war. Just as we were diorganized in the event of Covid, because we don't plan for the unlikely but POSSIBLE trend in the future. Make plans not speeches!
