Albert married her because he was getting older and facing more and more pressure to produce an heir to the throne. He got married because he kind of had to. I think he was happy being a bachelor but because of his title felt obligated to marry and have kids. If he had met Charlene and he was still in his thirties I'm guessing he wouldn't have committed.

Yes, I 100% agree!! She had the best royal wedding dress I've seen for decades. The double train was 19 feet long, decorated in Swarovski crystals and made especially for her by Armani! The head piece that was securing the veil was a diamond hair tiara given to her by her new sister in law, Princess Caroline. It was a magnificent wedding and dress indeed!

If you go back to Grace Kelly's wedding photos, she. Too was overwhelmed and exhausted. This is the second marriage ceremony. They were married in a civil ceremony the day before and with all the pre wedding events, the bride has to be exhausted. Photos of them since have shown them to look very happy together, both very affectionate. I think anyone in this situation, leaving the country you are from and all tour friends for palace life, it would be sad in a way, but it doesn't mean they don't love each other and are happy with each other in their marriage. Just saying. I don't love with them on the palace so I don't know their inner feelings like some of you.
