This is a totally random idea, but I kinda like it. What if, for season 2, Halo befriends the zombies? What if she's immune and tries to somehow communicate with the zombies to find a cure? This could lead to various scenarios; people could hate her because she's being friendly towards a literal hazard to humanity, people could love her because of her ability to "talk to the dead", if you will, since they'd be able to communicate with their lost loved ones or even be let alone by this deadly threat if successful... there's just endless possibilities with this one. I'd love to see it play out. Maybe in a more advanced setting where the people live in survival cities, built to protect them from the zombies. Anyways, loved this video! It was REALLY interesting to hear of all the what-ifs. I would've literally LOOOOVED evil Teo!! 😂❤

Dude be proud of yourself for completing such an ambitious project! You did Kristen's death 100% right and it was really fitting for her character. I wish you'd gone a darker direction with some of the characters (especially Teo and Hazel, but also the darker undertones of Erin's character.) though i totally get you wanting to accommodate for your fans, can imagine there are a lot of younger viewers on the channel and you don't want to lose them. Looking forward to the next series, would love to see you take full creative freedom :D

I KNEW Erin and Adalyn were meant to get together haha! But I love the storyline you went with it shows such growth of Adalyn's character. is it weird that i think my biggest criticism of this series is that I think Kristen should have been revealed to be worse? Like, the way qwerty described completely losing interest in her character when they decided to make her toxic, and the way the whole group sort of turns on her and she just dies, it seems kind of brutal and sort of... unjustified? Like, if she had been outright abusive (either verbally or physically) i would have understood the way the story line played out a lot more, but when Maia describes her behavior it just comes off as pathetic and clingy. Not something worth banishing your own sister to sleep in the barn over. I'm saying this as someone who HAS been treated the way Maia was in a relationship. I just feel like in a ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE, Maia and Kristen's relationship would just come off a petty drama and not as important as working together to survive (especially when everyone overlooked Tio murdering his own father, and Adylen forgiving Erin for ORCHESTRATING HER BOYFRIENDS DEATH), however, if we were talking about a full blown abuse situation, then I would totally get why everyone would react the way they did, and it would make Kristen's death make more narrative sense. Don't get me wrong though, I love this series and I can't wait to see what qwerty makes next, that's just my one big criticism.

Honestly agreed. To me watching this series I kind of felt like anyone slightly "outside of the circle" was easily abandoned or kind of left out of situations if they weren't outright killed. In Kristen's case... It was Maya's word against her own. Miles casually knew Maya as the brother, but probably not every day Maya. He couldn't say either way. It was pointed out some of the horrible things the others in the group did and those at least got arguments and accepted anyway without being told to "go back to the outside of the group" basically. To me Kristen was obviously a side character, but at the same time she and Miles were both there with Adelyn and Erin since the beginning. The least they could have done was give her the benefit of the doubt or like some side conversation to ask her about Maya's claim. Instead it went from "Maya shows up and claims this toxic relationship to Miles falls out with Kristen to ...so Kristen is dead after one night outside... Not even far from where Tio sleeps every night." These people spend a year and a half or more with Kristen but couldn't offer her a simple conversation or accept her? Makes their group extremely selfish which they proved many times. It seemed extremely forced, even with the whole conversation and confession about "no redemption arc".

@@corabeani Exactly! I think what bugs me the most is that Kristen's side of the story isn't even explored at all. As in, she doesn't say a single word after the truth is revealed about her relationship. It just feels so... off and dissatisfying. Like, I'm not denying that she treated Maia badly, but Kristen isn't even afforded the opportunity to own up to her behavior, or even give what her motivations were. For a character that had been there basically from the beginning, she at least deserved that. I get that qwerty was probably just uncomfortable writing from the perspective of a toxic person (like how they didn't like writing for the creepy guy), but i hope in the future they just avoid including story lines like this, instead of starting them and being unable to follow through with them. This series was extremely ambitious of them, so i completely understand that some things just didn't work out or they didn't know their limits in terms of their ability to comfortably write certain subject matter. Its just a lesson to take with them into the future

@@PinkFox983 Yeah, I will say overall the series is good. Just storylines like Kristen's and "creepy guy" (( I made a comment on his episode he didn't come off as creepy at all. in fact, he allowed Erin to do as she wanted when he could have easily over taken her with strength alone considering the group mostly ran or hid from zombies. Instead he respected Erin's wishes the entire time, but was dubbed "the creepy guy" ??? )) probably should be avoided if they aren't fully committed to.

I would love a series 2 where they expand their survival skills. As it becomes spring they could build up a real farm with potatoes, cabbage, cows, goats and lamas and everything. So that they can realistically survive on long term. Also searching for weapons in town and upgrading the fence. And in the end maybe finding a cure. P.S.: they all would habe turned orange by now because they eat so many carrots that the Betacarotin is stored in the skin wether then getting metabolised.

i watched the first couple episodes when they were releasing and unfortunately forgot to keep up so i literally binged the whole series today and i absolutely loved it like for someone who doesn’t write you had amazing storylines! ngl the hopeless romantic in me is so sad that Adeline and Miles didn’t end up together but i totally get her ending up as a single mom who doesn’t need anyone romantically, again absolutely loved the series can’t wait to see your next one! (a slasher would be so iconic)

for season 2 , halo can be age up and all the people in the group can find the place maya find and a happy ending of the session 2 there . I've been on break from watching the series but love how it ended and look forward to season 2. just finished watching half the season in 2.5 days. looooove it!

I loved this series so much, it was so fun to watch. Teo's storyline reminds me a bit of one of my favourite anime/manga, School Live, I definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't read it. I would love to see a season 2 or any other series you come up with, but take your time, I love your CAS videos so I'll gladly watch those too.

Ok the way i just finished binge watching this whole entire series, i was so fcking enthralled in the whole thing, i loved this series sm But as far as fancasting the sims i actually researched a bit and i have some faint ideas Niko; Ruby Cruz, Sasha Calle, Erin: Alexandra Shipp, Sofia Bryant, Amandla Stenberg Adalyn: Victoria Pedretti, Madison Beer, Danielle Rose Russel, madelyn cline Teo: Morgan Davies (but with dyed red hair) Myles: Nick Robsinson, Logan Shroyer, Louis Partridge (honestly a stretch hes honestly prob to young), Jack Mulhern (imagine him with longer, lighter hair) [honestly, i cant find a faceclaim that would really do myles justice, like i just cant. Maybe i cuz i loved him sm lmao.] i know this isnt all of them- i jst couldnt stop thinking about a fancast- so this is what i partially came up with lmaoo!!

I would if u was going to do another series u could always base it in the same universe at this apocalypse about completely different characters and even possibly a time skip into the apocalypse, like everything being completely dilapidated and over grown and dingey, lol no pressure tho I loved the series and love ur creative story telling

As much as your fans (and fans of your characters) want some people to stay alive until the end its quite unrealistic for a zombie apocalypse to have that happen. Listen to your gut and have more tragedy happen because a zombie apocalypse IS A TRAGEDY!!! It's fair to sometimes change your original ideas when someone suggested something they preferred but I really wish there were more zombie encounters and more death throughout the series. I enjoyed your series overall but I felt like there was too much stopping and starting with dialogue and meeting your sims needs halfway through dialogue. It didn't even feel like a zombie apocalypse two episodes into them living in the cabin... the fences were so small and a zombie could easily hop over and spot the group from how loud they were lol. Anyways, I'll still definitely watch season 2 when that ends up happening but I hope it's more of a dramatic storytelling than a fanfiction.

If you were to ever do a spin off, you could do it in a way where people do actually die all the time, a little mini series. So instead of having a wholesome thing with some sadness, you could just have tragedy after TRAGEDY. Then they’re just all dead. Ik you said you aren’t gonna do one, I’m just rambling really, love love loved this series and I’m excited for whatever is coming next. Don’t feel pressure, whatever you’re gonna make is gonna be amazing. 🫶🫶
