My friend's mother died on Royal Caribbean International Cruise Lines. After she died, RC charged over $6000 to her credit card for medical attention. What happened : This charge maxed out the credit card and exceeded the limit by over $2000. Her parents are well insured through the state of California, but RC refused to accept insurance for this medical bill. A representative told her, "We’re not in the business of leaving bills unpaid.” RC said they cannot reverse the charges because it was on a pre-authorized card. Who knew stealing from a dead woman could be so easy. Thanks for nothing to the customer service department for doing everything in their power to avoid helping to resolve this issue. #rccl #royalwow #ROYALFAIL

This has nothing to do with luxury. More to do with herding.

But the crew is an playing an important role on daily basic in order to give best service to the guest...example resturant stuff.housekeeping.youth cousilor.security.front desk.ect Officer and big bosses never give any service to this paying guest

Who’s have good rank good postion in this field they are so lucky and who’s fresher now its too difficult competition too high. Some agnets not some many agents doing fraud with crew after that crew think he choose wrong way some companies not giving opportunities only for experience why..? Without fresh they cant become experienced person
