Behringer is well known for taking circuits and design belonging to others. Lots of info online about Uli Behringer's tactics. He's dedicated. He even moved to a country where he couldn't be prosecuted.

Imagine if the first guy to invent the wheel told everyone in his tribe, "You can't invent your own wheels for 70 years, or you have to pay me royalties." The entire concept is absurd, and more importantly, evil.

@@jumpingman8160 Roger Linn (Inventor of Linn Drums and Akai MPC etc) is an industry insider. He describes Behringers nefarious behaviour in his media releases. (i have replied to your subsequent message and they are being censored as far as i can tell)

@@jumpingman8160 Contact Linn, he'll help you with that. He interacts with people on the internet. As I said, he is an industry insider and has worked in involved circles including Akai. He has no reason to lie (can you think of any?) In the meantime, feel free to support Behringer if you wish. They make fairly decent budget style equipment but they cut corners on components etc to do that in addition to the intellectual property theft. (edit to add; a simple search will show you more info, Mackie going after Behringer for direct theft etc. Did you do any research?).
