13:07 qiyana has been nerfed to the point that a level 16 qiyana with a KDA of 4-0, 3 major items, and 1 component item cannot defeat a level 15 yasuo with a 0-5 KDA and 2 major items

the old qiyana only needed to take the grass element and hit yasuo with 2 times Q then just prowler + AA + E Q. Yasuo would surely be dead before Karthus could arrive

It's quite sad. Idk why they do this to assassin champs. I thought they want the cool flashy champs to be strong and popular. Right now, there's no reason to pick Qiyana over any other mid laner unless you are a big fan of the champ and like the reward for making a subpar champ work. All other premier champions(pushed by Riot) have the incentive of being a strong champion in the meta.

@@GalickGun Agreed, even Beifeng has difficulties when smurfing against many champs, let alone when we play ranked at our own level
