I love your content, you helped me survive as a teenager when I was a loner through school. I still have social anxiety and even lonlier since moving away from my toxic house but being 22, I hope as every year passes, I get closer to feeling comfortable with myself, like you said :) I always felt less alone in the world through your uploads. I'm certain that moving away from a toxic family would be beneficial to your mental health and you will definitely become more comfortable with yourself as you get older. Glad to hear from you. and happy birthday. Birthdays stopped having meaning for me after I turned 30. I'm 39 now and still dealing with SAD/AVPD. It's spent get better unless you get help for it. Also your singing is something that could help you to build confidence.
I'm Swedish and I think your meatballs look perfect! Would receive a big thumbs up from most people here! I'm right there with you about food. Cooking is one of the greatest joys. I often cook meals as a way to get away from the stress and monotony of whatever else I'm doing, and knowing that you created something that is good and would make people happy is a great feeling. Happy Birthday Wing! I'm the same way about not wanting coworkers to know about my birthday... I appreciate it when they gave me a cake or gifts of course, but I would rather have had it just go unnoticed. I think because I would request off on that specific day (I didn't want to have to deal with the public on my birthday... it takes all my energy to do that, and on my birthday I want a break!), that's how my coworkers figured it out. I'm sorry to hear about your father. I know that must have been a tough time. It's good that you've been feeling better lately, you look & sound good and I hope that continues. Happy birthday Wing, glad to see you doing well. Indeed, exercising has really improved the quality of my life besides my appearance and mood. Getting those lower back pains from house cleaning routine or by just changing side during sleep, made me feel miserable and older. I hope your workplace environment is friendly and you can be yourself without feeling pressure. I understand your feelings on your colleague offering you that big tart. My unpopular opinion is that it's not bad to feel pity for others and it's not degrading or shamefull to accept it from others. But always given that this "transcaction" is carried out responsibly with respect and humane care. The way you speak and decribe your thoughts is very honest, i think you would do very efficiently in psychotherapy sessions.
