Being A Malayali 

I grew up in a middle class Malayali household. My Dad was in the gulf working while my mom was a nurse here.
I grew up watching Malayalam movies that formed my notion of art,
I grew up with a sense of community; I still am that starry eyed young boy who woke up early while on a bus journey to see the magic of Kerala,
Hence I would say you can take a Malayali out of Kerala, but you can’t take Kerala out of a Malayali.
No matter which part of the world you are from!
Let’s do small things towards owning our identities and being proud of our where we belong, not for other but for ourselves. Happy malayalam, happy 2020. Define your next decade and own your identity
