Can't imagine Eric willingly eating anything healthy. On the Dog Whisperer episode he complained about having to eat skinless chicken, steamed vegetables, and salad, comparing it to Auschwitz.
I worked in real estate. My boss - a very successful realtor told me that the best thing I could do is NOTHING! SAY NOTHING, DO NOTHING - let the people viewing the house put themselves in their own trappings of what THEY THINK the house is for them... This skit is so true! All you need to be a realtor is a phone number!
female realtors mostly they usually know NOTHING about real estate in general they don't know much about developments in the area they could do data search pull up sales history comparable listings etc but when it comes to actually looking at a property with you they can't tell you whether this is worth the investment or not they encourage you do home inspection rely on their expertise this could be costly but it shouldb't be necessary it's just common knowledge a guy is more likely to have handyman or home reno background they could save you a lot of time.
"Butters, I need your help" We-well sure Eric, what's going on?" He agrees to help before listening to what the problem is. We all need a friend like Butters
@@irmiwolf Not really. He isn't afraid of Cartman, in fact he is the only one that consider him his friend (thus why only him calls him "Erik"). He has seen Cartman going downright evil, but at the same time knows he is easily beaten on a direct confrontation. He's just genuinely an overall nice kid.
I'm wondering if anybody can help me I've been trying to watch the streaming wars but I'm from the 🇬🇧 and It never aired on comedy central that I'm aware off. How can I watch it because paramount doesn't work in my country I'm so desperate to watch it. Thanks in advance for the advice!
I would be careful not to lump buyers' agents with listing agents. The buyer agents actually work their butts off. It is a tough job, and they end up doing a lot of work. All the single moms want to be "listing" agents because all they have to do is take a few pics and then sit back and let all the bids come in.
Real state agents should be outlawed. They are one reason prices are so high, and do all kinds of slimey crap. We have the internet, people can get their own MLS.
They’re necessary for facilitating paperwork and transactions and for giving good advice on housing. They know price per sqft in the area, historical home values and the local market. They do have SOME value that can’t be just done with Zillow but it’s not a lot. Personally I’m pissy with realtors for hiding previous home sales prices lately. I noticed a Lennar neighborhood near me with homes sold in the 400-450k range 2 years ago they’ve hidden that fact on the homes for sale at 750-850k. As in they’ve hidden that 2 years ago the houses sold for HALF basically to try to get some stupid buyer to purchase a 4K sqft home at 850k
@@zach2733 no we all started the business at the same time and it’s my food product. Stop arguing over your failures. Just accept it. Blame your mom not randoms.
The fact you ask this means you have never bought nor sold a house. The agent is useless, uninformed and uneducated sales conman. The lawyers involved are just fleeces with degrees. Honestly if anything should be on block chain it should real estate.
@@Rybob1987 average people don’t understand real estate law or contracts. For instance, sellers can be sued years after selling their home because certain facts about the home weren’t disclosed to the buyer. There is much more to it then selling it at a certain price
