That rant is exactly what happens when a person believes in justice and knows if they don't give up justice will be served. Right now everyone he has ever met is hearing about his hero, the lady in a back dress.

He knows how to use that laptop. She should have asked him his occupation. Clearly, the boat was being used. Blatantly lied and reported, there was no phone log, unable to move a laptop, a damaged boat, etc. Scrooge! He probably owns a technology company.

I work with many wealthy clients. Many of them stay rich by being cheap and finding any way to save a penny...some even going as far as ripping off someone they view as inferior to them

As soon as I saw he lived in a home off a lake but refuses to pay for the canoe, I knew he was a crook.

The defendant tried to act like he didn't know how to work his laptop and go outside. When he kept giving excuses about why he couldnt show the canoe, I knew then something was fishy. First, he said 'oh, I'm on my laptop. I don't know how to do that". Judge Milan asked him to turn around and look out the window and he said "oh I'm too far." He really didn't wat to go outside

I hope this brings out other scammers who think they can just take advantage of others.....Thank you Mr. Plaintiff 💯

By the end of the episode SpongeBob figures out how to bust the Bass at his own game. How ironic is that this defendant is just like the Bass trying to get something for nothing. Smh

I don't get the defendant at all. Does he really think that he can take the boat and keep the money? I feel like once the transaction has taken place on Craigslist, u take ur losses. If he cares about his kids' safety so much, buy them a new canoe, not one off of craiglist! I find it funny when these people think she will wait for them to find the evidence. This is why lawyers get paid the big bucks. The good ones know all the angles and will prepare evidence to support their side.
