I was alone for most of my life, and it was a very trying and confusing time. In my experience, it was necessary for my wife and I to meet and be together to spiritually evolve and discover profound realizations. We went through hell and came out of it together, and I believe that neither of us could have done it without eachother. We both enjoy our own alone time though. Most of the day we are not in the same room, even if we're both home, and we both like it that way. I couldn't ask for a better soul to share my life with.
The more time I spend alone.. the more aware I become about myself, my surroundings, and the people I have invited into my life. I become more conscious about the bad habits I've formed, along with the good. What a blessing. Does it always feel great to be alone? NO! But there are reasonable ways to go about it, instead of becoming attached or stuck on a feeling. Go on a bike ride, take a small hike, do something that you enjoy doing. Turn that darkness into LIGHT, and things will be alright. Much love ❤

Ahhhh…. This one resonates to the core …12 years alone and I still can’t seem to crawl inside myself far enough to clear more stuff out. I have a few guy friends who respect those boundaries but you would be shocked at what some men will do or say to change your mind. It’s kinda funny. I’m honest from the get go. Being alone is so precious. 💎 And what I found, there is always someone right there, male or female, if that’s meant to happen so there is never a feeling of loneliness. In fact… too many invites and I also had to learn to live in my truth and say no, which took being extremely authentic as humanity believes in these obligatory traditions and they are just another day. God runs this show.
Being alone is the first station of true intimacy. All the unconscious things and programs come up if you practice introspection and just keep it real with yourself. Since everyone who comes into your human story is a reflection. I struggled with being vulnerable on all levels.. It's easy to be vulnerable in the dark or when you're with low vibrational people and everyone is not being authentic.. vulnerability will take the form of fear or being childish or being somebodies fool. But my soul is ready or wants something that is very true and authentic, being vulnerable in the light. So I know i must cultivate that from within.

I’ve indulged in many years of Solitude and people will think you are antisocial, but they just don’t understand the divine within one’s own body ( temple ) being alone is great to analyze yourself and break free from the confines of the ego and tune into the comfort of your surroundings at peace free in the moment.

This message is spot on in regards to my life right now. Without confrontation, and much understanding regarding *why* I’ve lost dear friends and new friends. People have called me a lone wolf for so long, I keep a small close circle, and wow, I’m on another level now of being without companionship. yes it’s painful, but just yesterday I was noticing how much of my energy goes to distractions (food, screen time, blame, avoidant tendencies, procrastination) and I realize I am being guided to serve my needs, and attend to my wounding that uses these tendencies to feel temporary relief. I intuitively know I must reinstate my daily disciplines as well, the pain of rejection and abandonment interferes with my motivation, yet the topic of this video is a clear indication that formless intelligence is receptive to my sincerity, so just for today, I will preserve.
I love being alone and I always have. My mom used to call me an old hermit when I was growing up because I’d sequester myself in my room for hours. My husband works days and I work midnights so when I get home from work, he just left. I enjoy my alone time soooooo much.
I have a cousin who tells me every time I see her, " Don't be such a hermit ." Next time ( I would be perfectly fine if there's never another time), I'm going to say." Quit telling me how to live my life."

Been alone for over like around 15 years,no headache from anyone,no one to do my head in or me doing someone else head in . Sometimes go weeks without chatting to anyone,even at the shops nowadays you got self service tills no need to chat to the cashier even . Now being on semen retention for 175days,now I'm even less bothered about things.

It’s nice I’m settling into being alone at last and enjoying that. A neighbour surprised me with a wishing well today, it took him a few days to make it, I admired his one day as I was passing his garden. and won’t hear of any payment for it. It’s very kind. I’ve become more open to all people now where as before was more focused on the relationship at the time.

Yep, this is one that really resonates with me. I was never alone like without anyone you know i still had friends, but alot of me free time was spent alone at home. And so i had to sit with my thoughts and just as yash said alone time comes with so much introspection. You learn so much about yourself and your mind during this alone time, now i knew not to take this time for granted cus i just had this feeling that if and when i get a parter im going to be miss being alone.
I love being alone I have become my best friend. It helps having a curious mind which always keeps me occupied with learning new things and marijuana helps me appreciate the moment helps me with being in tune with my body I love exercising high. People who can’t be alone have no hobbies or an idle mind. I would prefer being alone my whole life but I would like to have children some day also
Used to feel like a complete loser being alone. Lead to a lot of drug use and pmo to numb and escape I have a desire for a relationship no matter how much I try to pretend I don't but I can't force a relationship so now I stick to semen retention working out and working. Sex is pointless and too much work. Still on RU-vid way too much and kratom/kava but I try to stick to spiritual videos and self help as much as I can. Mostly this Channel haha. Being in silence is uncomfortable and I was trained to think that I'm wasting my life and youth away. It's hard to break that feeling but really am starting to see how beautiful being alone can be. It's been 9 years for me and I'm 31 that's where panic kind of sets in
I’m In the same boat friend, I think perspective is important. For me lately I’ve been coming to grips that this is what god wants for my life. Simple living, I’ve been trying to clean my diet up, stay consistent with my spiritual practices, limit negative media influences, and just enjoy being present. Whatever else is meant for me will come, and for you too. Peace and love.

So alone lol single for the longest time in my life probably and its hasnt been a yr yet 😅 trying to accept in my mid 30s that i might not meet someone to have a second child with.. better to be single then with another bad partner.. cant just rush to give my child a sibling. Hi!.... I had a moment of despair and weakness and I broke a statue of Jesus and threw the pieces in the trash and I feel horrible because Jesus literally means God and everything to me. And besides that, I also had a nightmare in which that statue of Jesus appeared and it had no expression, no emotion, and an ugly demon appeared and sat next to me and I was paralyzed with fear. I prayed I asked for forgiveness it was horrible. I don't know what to do. Im a piece of sh.... Brother, I feel cursed, do you understand me? CURSED. Do you know how horrible I feel? I dont wish this even to my worst enemy in this world.
