Physically thrift everything you can and I mean everything, and trying to make as much work together as you can. I guess that might be a capsule, or a personal uniform...but when every piece you have was bought with intention it changes the nature of your relationship with the clothes. You'll likely have a lighter but tighter wardrobe i.e. things that actually look good and are comfortable on you. There's a lot that goes into this. Style comes from within and when you're broke, within is close to all you got
