So the accusation is that you had sex with a drunk woman, and unbeknownst to her you taped the encounter. Then you sent that video to your cohorts in addition to nude pictures of you to them. So there is a bigger issue that people are struggling with your situation. It sounds like from your videos accusing her of lying that you are claiming the sex was consensual and she knew and agreed to you videotaping the encounter. Did she consent to you sending the video to the other officers?
@@fussa6013 I think you're right, she's not worried about the fact that she recorded it and then sent it out, she's worried about the girl claiming she never consented to being recorded. Either way she isn't getting her job back. You can't be a cop making dirty videos and sending them out to your colleagues. That was beyond stupid on her part
Hang in there girl every thing will hopefully work out been in similar situation it took a while but I even managed to win a defamation suit against my accusers but like my lawyer informed me if I took my job back as offered they would just find another reason to fire me again because I had embarrassed them

Nothing, absolutely nothing...she has sacrificed her family ( huband) what is marriage? A trinity. A A sacred covenant between her, her husband (ex) and God. Not to mention her children. She committed an ultimate sin.
