@@legolas9909989 Technically, both Alears can S support every single character regardless of gender. The S-rank scene is the same no matter which gender you choose. Sadly in the English version they changed it so that some characters have mostly platonic scenes when in JP they were explicitly romantic.
This game is so gay and I love it. Alfred is the gayest man in the game and Merrin is the gayest woman in the game who literally has the power of gay. XD (Her ability grants her additional strength when women allies are near her)
So happy to see a fellow Alfred x Alear fan! 💗 And yeah, I felt a bit bummed after the C support level scene because they ended up in the friend zone but that didn’t stop me from giving Alfred the pact ring and I squealed when he said he loves Alear 💗💘💗💘💗
Personally, I’ve grown to appreciate having a set character because it means I get to see and hear them in cutscenes, rather than having my character carefully obscured by camera angles.
I'm watching a gameplay rn, and up to now it really does feel like an Alfred and Alear Wedding Moon. Like why are there so many cutscenes where it's JUST them and no one else!? Mmh??? Alfred said bi rights

Funny that you mentioned wanting an army of dogs, that is actually becoming the optimal strategy because they give you forging materials, and as far as I can tell it's the only way to get silver in the earlygame.
I miss the days of Fire emblem fates and awakening where you could recruit your s support's children and the hair color would change! This is an amazing Fire emblem game too. I can't get enough of another male character you first meet as soon as you enter solm
@darkrobindoesthings my first was sacred stones. I played it way back in 2013 when it came out for free on the 3ds for a bit and I've been hooked on the series ever since. 3 houses is by far my favorite solely because of Claude. I'm a straight bean but Claude can get it lol
