You can see the love in Muhammad’s eyes. Nothing but respect between the two of them. I wish technology was where it is today. Would have been lovely to have Muhammad with a talker (an iPad like device made for non verbal disabled people that speaks for them). Being the poet he was Im sure he would’ve killed to have a voice. Ali knew he was faster than Mike.. and he was but he also knew Kid Dynamite if gave him solid uppercuts he'd drop. Ali was kind of crazy though, he was a total warrior he'd never quit no matter what, the ref would have to hold him back to tell him the fight's over Ali would NEVER throw in a towel. Mike idolized the beast in Ali.

+Man Down Bro....that was cold. Have some respect. Ali was one helluva boxer and even more importantly a great social activist during a turbulent time in American history. Parkinson's disease does not impact the brain's ability to think. That's one of the greatest difficulties of having Parkinson's....essentially you become a prisoner of your own body. Can you imagine how frustrating it must be for a former heavyweight boxing champion to not have any control over his own limbs? Have some compassion and show some empathy. The world is fucked up enough as it is without you adding to the negativity.

Lee The Flea Ali has Parkinsons just like Michael J. Fox, but Fox is always medicated, he said once in an interview that if he didn't take his medications he would be in a nearly paralyzed state and wouldn't be able to talk. Its either Ali doesn't take his meds or the disease is just at a much worse stage.

kashattack Tyson absolutely idolizes Ali as well. Whenever Mike talks about Ali, he gets tears or is just in absolute amazement at how great Ali was. Well right here on you tube their is a very powerful segment involving Cus D'Amato and Muhammad and it explains the bond between Mike and MA. Cus and Muhammad were very close and this shows the respect that people can have for each other when they let go of bigoted racism and stupidity. He got his illness cuz he thought that getting hit repeatedly on the head would condition him to take blows. Ali repeatedly asked his trainer to hit his head to condition him, which failed miserably. Ali is one of the Kings of defense. His head conditioning drills lead him closer to parkinson’s, not some crummy defense.

I think the saddest part is that you can see in his eyes that he had something witty to say but obviously he can't say it. I remember seeing a clip of him and Will Smith many many years ago, Will was messing around and Ali could barely talk but he was still hilarious.
