Such a little cutie. Used Camilia for my last 2 and will use it for my son who’s 6 months. I wish they had it for my older teens when they were babies. It’s amazing. Even my cousin got her braces tightened and was in horrid pain and used 3 and it killed the pain for her as an adult female.
I had no idea that could help. I recently just fell down my stairs and that whole area plus my tail bone is bruised. I’ll have to try this next time my gi gives me issues due to stress.
There are great videos for SI joint release on RU-vid. I've had coccyx issues, have trouble sitting on certain types of chairs, tried the release, and it has eased the pain there a lot. I still have some discomfort, but it is a whole lot better. As yours is a recent injury, I'd get it checked out properly first, though.
