I also had a baby during the anxiety cycle! My baby is now almost 5 months old. & Omg that story of that woman also scares tf out of me 😅 I’m so glad I can relate to someone. 🙏🏻
Aww!! Mine is like 15 months old now! Yes that story terrified me at the time!!! How are you doing now? I am 18 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and will likely make a birth vlog type of video this time. We will see! I always intend to and then get caught up in everything else 😅
I feel seen. Started after my gallbladder surgery when my daughter was 2 months old, almost 14 years ago. Her birth was very traumatic. In 2021 I found out i was pregnant with our second. We were OVER THE MOON! But It sent me into such a fear based mindset thinking that i would die if i continued the pregnancy since i almost did with my first, that i took the abortion pill. I regretted immediately and still do. That sent me into another one. I found forgiveness through Christ and went through a faith based post abortive recovery but of course it was a very traumatic event not only for myself, but for my husband and daughter. I'm so glad i found your channel! I really do believe the Lord led me here. Thank you for this!

I am so so sorry that you had to go through that but yes, God forgives and when the regret pops up remember that the enemy condemns and God convicts. Thank you for sharing your story-I feel like your videos are describing word-for-word what I'm experiencing right now. It's helpful to hear someone else went through this and can recover, as the symptoms at the moment feel so dire. I can especially relate to the scary feeling that I'm going to drop dead, faint, or collapse at any time.
This happened to me. I got covid- then nose job- then panic attacks/ no sleep ! I’ve been dealing with this for 3years!🥹 I developed vertigo/zaps/fear of death!!! I got diagnosed with panic & anxiety attacks.😅 I had ALL kinds of symptoms. Ringing in the ears! Zaps! Brain fog! Fainting feelings ! Jaws issues! Shaking! Tired 😴! Vision! EVERYTHING you mentioned I’ve gone through 🥹 severe symptoms 🥹

I want more, but the thought of doing it sensitized/recovering… *cringe* I couldn’t imagine doing it when I was at my worst. It’s good to hear stories like these. SN: you always have a choice when it comes to induction and epidurals, but that’s a topic for another place & time 🩷💛🩵

Congratulations! I'm going on 2.5 years with dizziness! Did you ever get a diagnosis for your dizziness or did you just tackle the fear and recover from PPPD? I have been told I have vestibular migraine. Thank you!!
PPPD was the diagnosis & they mentioned the vestibular migraines and a lot of other things ,too, but essentially IDEAL was the route to desensitize the nervous system and heal PPPD. Although vestibular symptoms can take a LONG time to heal from, you've just got to stick with it!
