God is present with us always, from the beginning (Genesis 3:8) to the end (Revelations 21:1-4). He is here, dwelling among us (Exodus 29:46) and seeking relationship with us. Experience the fullness of joy and pleasure God’s presence brings (Psalm 16:11) in this 17 minute Christian mindfulness meditation.
"Being Present with God" is the first of a Christian Mindfulness series designed to strengthen our connection with the never changing God who made us and keeps us with every breath we take. Interspersed with scripture and biblical reference, this meditation was created to help us be transformed by the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2).

I like the videos, but commercial interruptions make meditating impossible. I thought this type of video would be ad free.

Bea, thanks so much for this new meditation! Please keep them coming. Love the prayer meditations. Just what I needed today as my mind is all over the place with holiday preparation, memories of these days gone by and family members that have gone home to be with God. It has centered me for my reading/prayer/journaling time. I especially loved the connection of the breath being the actual active connection to God. I felt that and will try my best to hold that with me today to keep me linked in the present and in His presence. So much to be concerned, worried and dismayed about in the world today, however, if I can apply this moment to moment, cast my care, I know I will have the peace I feel right now. You know I love you and you are the very best! Happy holidays my friend! May you be healthy, happy and blessed in the New Year!
