I am 26 right now and I too learned all these lessons very early in my life which you were referring in the video Arjuna Sir. During lockdown I started meditation and different workshops and practices which made me realize things on very different level. But then choosing between spirituality and career was never a question for me. It gave me a boost to maintain a level and helped me grow as an individual. Life ke baare mai perspective mila. Bachpan se hi nurishing aisi thi ki dimaag sb absorb krta tha lekin ab bht ache se smjh aagya hai kitna absorb krna hai life mai and kitna let go kr dena hai ..
