Hugs! Going through similar. Job losses. Binging. Possibly moving to cheaper housing..Health issues... Crappy blood tests...Dental issues so having trouble eating as I would like to. Just got done a month of strep throat and a cough that thankfully didn't turn in to pneumonia! Rest get rest. Lots. I'm feeling so much better after forcing myself to be super lazy. +desideratagrace glad to feel like i am not alone.. hope you feel better soon too. not really sure how my iron is doing. i haven't had it checked in a few months. but i still think it is low. but not as low as it has been.
