Thank you for explaining the modes and display. The manual does not help with this or what the icons mean so your video was so useful, thank you so much. For reference we mostly use the Quick&Shine (50 mins) program. We have set the machine to 'Tablet' use and although we keep it topped up with salt we don't bother with rinse agent as the tablet contains it.
Saw a newer version of this in my store today with 20 other brands and the price, the fact that it was the ONLY dishwasher where the door closed and opened without almost flipping the machine open along with the newly designed flap for the cleaning tab, made this the *perfect* dishwasher for me so *finally* I'm buying a new one!

So clear and informative and will save me reading through all the manual & programmes, (as have no patience for reading manuals as I am a visual person, hence I come to youtube!) also prob never would have known about the movable racks and basket etc! Good video agree with maintenance and cleaning of the filters otherwise your dishwasher will stink and won't clean as well, look after your machine and it will last longer and give good service
Great Tutorial.. The Instruction book was written for someone from the Planet ZOG. Was wanting to adjust the Water Softer as per the Litmus paper, but it says select MODE with no indication as to what it is talking about, BUT the controls you have shown are First Class.. If you ever do one on setting the water softener, it will be a worlds first,,,
Thank you. This was helpful, much better than the Beko manual. I have a slimline one but it seems just the same as this apart from the width. Might be worth mentioning that on mine the Mini 35 degree wash in 30 minutes is wash only with no drying. If this model is the same it will say this in the programme chart in the product manual.

I had selected the Economi wash at night time but until the next day 10 am it wouldn’t turn off. The vessel’s all washed fine. But it’s making a spinning noise. No water was consumed. Really worried! I had switched off with the main 😟
Good video. Thank you. I have just bought one of these. My only real complain is the dire lack of display brightness. It makes the display almost unreadable if the kitchen lights are on, and having to cover the panel with a hand if it's bright outside is just ridiculous. My husband is red/green colourblind and cannot see it all. I thought the dishwasher display might be faulty, but I can see from your video that it's just an awful design. Such a shame. A good dishwasher apparently made only for the underground-dweller community.

Thank you so much for your review. I have a slightly different model DVSO4X2OW but the manual doesn’t explain the LCD display. Tried contacting Curry’s and Beko but no help. My problem is - how do I know when I’ve activated half load. It would help if it lit up. I end up switching it off at the socket in the hope it cancels the half load function then I leave it alone ! If you can help, I’d be very grateful 🙏 Beko should put a link to your video in their manual as it’s (your video is excellent) 👍😊
When quoting front-to-back dimensions always include or add the additional depth of any protruding front panel controls, handles etc. I have a set of drawers at an immediate right angle to the right of my dishwasher slot and I'd need to know if the top one would give a sideways prang to the control knob on this appliance. I have no professional involvement with white goods but work a lot with studio equipment, where similar problems can arise!
Hi the long grey piece at back behind the filter …is that meant to b fixed in position and not move about ? Mine seems to bob up out of where it’s sitting I duno is it causing sumthing to not work correctly
Thank you very much. It's very helpful. I just got a delivery of the same model of Beko dishwasher. My question is, does this dishwasher automatically shuts itself off after the completion of a cycle? Or do we need to shut it off manually?
That was a clear and informative video, as someone else has already said it is more useful than the user manual. We have just replaced a BEKO dishwasher with a new BEKO model as we seem to have worn the old one out! The new model is very nice and has a lovely clear display with a proper countdown timer on it. A nice surprise was discovering that at the end of the programme the machine switches itself off and also opens the door, not only that but everything inside was completely dry, no need to break out the tea towel except for the odd cup that had gathered some water in the dip on the base.

great help but I bought this today user manual so confusing you was a very good help but I have put the water and salt in the dishwasher but the red lights still on and I've put rinse aid in and that lights still on please help
Hi there! Thanks for such a video because I agree with the other comments in that the instructions are not clear enough. I started to use the dishwasher without the salt and the rinse. Is that a problem? Secondly, for some reason the dishwasher never really shows the tick box button which I presume means it's finished 🤔🙄. What do you think the reason is?
We would always recommend using the dishwasher with salt and rinseaid, as the washing performance should be better and using salt should look after the machine rather than relying on the 3 in 1 or 4 in 1 tablets. Not too sure what the tick box button could be, sorry.
i am using this dishwasher for the first time.. i know .. i should put 3-4 tablets upon every time for washing utensils but i don't know how often should i fill salt and ( whatever u said adjacent the tablets's small long box .)
Hi @lords electrical, I just got brand new dishwasher same model. I noticed it’s give me electric shock when I open the door for inside metal area. Where we put the dishwasher tablets, all metal. Is this normal?
Sometimes it can do it once, but it shouldn't be more than that. If it carries on, there may be an electrical issue, so i would get that checked out by Beko to make sure everything is ok.
I bought my beko dishwasher.. and it is leaking from the door on the corner. Is it faulty and I need dto return it.. or am I missing something 🤔.. thanks
This sounds like when the dishwasher was installed it's not quite level. Sometimes you find if it's not level the door doesn't shut correctly and it can leak.
Liked the video .However you didn’t cover how to change the water hardness level on this machine.I would appreciate some advice as followed quick guide and it shows no indication of level on machine .

Good although mostly stating the obvious. But no explanation of the over complicated procedures concerning the salt (water hardness) and rinse-aid settings - now these would have been really beneficial. I am still trying to achieve a desired result!🤔
