@@mattiaiezzi9381 it was under warranty so i am using this machine and an LG one. main thing to note is that if you want to use the dry function every day than buy a dryer and a washer separately! You cant use one machine for both functions all the time. It will clog and it will not last more than a year. I hear samsung's are really good at all in one but still no one actually uses the dry function all the time. So, separate machines for washing and drying even if you buy the cheapest ones you will be more satisfied than the most expensive all in one.
@@micinum at home I have separate Electrolux washer and dryer, I wanted to buy the Beko HTV8736 for a holiday home in the mountains. It would be used a month every year
That is a good question that i asked the official service and they told me, you don't. When it shows an error you call the service center and a technician replaces the whole assembly. Now what i think, you open the whole assembly clean it, lube the bearings and close it up again. Yes there is no filter inside
Did you ever manage to open the drying heating element for a clean? I have managed to find it but can't open it fully open it up to clean it despite removing all screws...
read the manual it says hold the drum clean button for 3 seconds and cycle it empty (under the display you see the icons above the steamcure logo it's the one that looks like a medicine pill under the U basket next to >> on the display)
0:30 / 1:08 that transparent heat exhaust pipe next to the belt is where my machine was leaking water all over the floor from, the engineer was out 5 times replacing absolutely everything and couldn't fix the problem of being able to wash but not dry and having a mysterious water leak (I had a look myself and found the problem it was dripping from the black O ring seal) the engineer said it couldn't be fixed so I got a replacement and the second machine when the dial was accidentally turned to off while on cycle started flashing the display back on for a split second showing time remaining with 3 beeps and then off again repeatedly as if it was still on cycle (while it was turned to OFF) and now a week later we now have an error code E43 and a machine that is full of water that will not drain and it is now saturday and beko aren't open til monday to be able to book a repair, fml model: WDEY854P44G the only website I could find E43 code for beko was on ukwhitegoods, not even beko list it.... I'm pretty sure this machine doesn't have a drain hose either so I'm looking forward to flooding my house when I unscrew the pump filter...... absolutely terrible machines, whoever designed it must have been on drugs
Hi there. Do you know where the dryer reset buttons are on this model please? I'm going to open mine up to try and reset it but would love to know where they were beforehand. Many thanks.
@chefo12345 hi, did they/you manage to fix your problem? Mine is getting worse and worse - after drying the clothes come out hot, but still wet and I was also thinking if that's an issue with some moisture sensor. I no longer have warranty...
