Great review! I just made a saison with lemongrass which will be ready in a few days. Listening to your review I feel tempted to let it age a while however afraid to loose the lemongrass character. Any experience with that?
Hi! i Tried brewing this beer on the 11/3. OG was 1052 and after about 5 days i checked and it had gone down to 1020. Tasted it as well and had that fruity flavour. 3 days later FG was 1008 but it was extremely sour! Like it was frot from infection. Also smelled acidic. Couldnt have more than a sip. What could have gone wrong between day 5 and 9?
